|I’ve stayed at a lot of B&B’s and I do have to say John’s goes over the top ! He is an incredible cook with great presentation of his breakfast ! Absolutely delicious and you will not be hungry for lunch ! Great portion size!| Not only is his breakfast wonderful but there home that John and his wife share as a B&B is very welcoming, cozy, and decorative with Amazing views. | John is very knowledgeable of the area and has great suggestions to fit your needs while staying, weather it be a walk, drive, must sees or dinner reservations! | The location is walking distance to the Leavenworth Platz. The area is safe and scenic ! | The rooms are clean, comfortable, and each room has its own theme. | I love the option of having the sitting area down stairs to enjoy the views, have a cup of tea,coffee, glass of wine by a fire. Play a game of crib or enjoy many other board games they have available and/or reading material. Oh and I can’t forget the extra little homemade baked goods set out for your tastebuds to enjoy!| Thank you again John for a rememberable getaway which I know I will be back, because I’m already booked for a return stay in a few months and bringing family 👍💕😊|

Autumn Pond was such a peaceful and beautiful place. Our host John's warm hospitality and discretion made us feel truly at home. The room was well-appointed, functional and tasteful. The common room (dining / lounge) area was spacious and comfortable with hot water available for coffee/tea making as well as various board games. In the morning, coffee was ready at 7am with fresh out of the oven homemade scones, then followed by a magnificent gourmet breakfast prepared by John at 8:45. What more can I say? It was lovely and perfect!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars i would. We called for a last minute room on a Friday night and we're so happy to here they had a room available. John the inn keeper was very friendly and inviting, he let us chose our room and told us to make ourselves at home. The rooms were spacious and the surrounding property is beautiful. But the most pleasant surprise was the OUTSTANDING breakfast, probably hands down the best breakfast I've ever had! You wont be disappointed if you chose this B&B, the hosts are just as amazing as the food!

I have to start with the Breakfast part of our B&B stay. John is an artist with food! Both breakfast meals we ate were the highlight of our stay. The items were freshly made, quality ingredients and incredibly yummy! Nice and hot like I love it too. ||||The B&B was homey, cozy and spacious. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I loved the hooks near to the door to hang our coats and purse. The bathroom, while small, was perfect and the entire place was very clean.||||John had a nice fridge/freezer in the common area for guests to store their food if needed, make ice, etc. We bought a bunch of fresh fruit and kept it in there overnight and refroze our water bottles for our cooler. He also shared a couple of great hikes in the area which we took.||||The grounds are well maintained, but not formal, which I loved. Felt homey and welcoming. The horses were friendly and well love by John's wife. She was always out talking to, petting and feeding them. Birds were everywhere and the pond was beautiful.||||The location was close enough for us to walk into town and back so we didn't have to fight for parking as it was crowded in Leavenworth. This was a great location close in but not in town where it was noisy and crowded. We loved the solitude and convenience of Autumn Pond!||||We will certainly be back. The gourmet meal and the accommodations were top notch and worth the money we paid.

This review is long overdue. We stayed here in September 2017 as a mini romantic getaway. We had an amazing experience. This B&B is not far from downtown Leavenworth’s shopping and restaurants so it’s conveniently located. That being said it can also feel private which is a plus. The location is perfect. The house was beautifully decorated for the fall season. We stayed in their biggest room and it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Another great aspect of our stay was hands down the host. He was very polite,courteous and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. He also was an amazing cook. He made us the best meal we had while we visited Leavenworth. Honestly I can’t say enough about our stay I hope we can make it out there again I’m thinking maybe for our upcoming anniversary. I couldn’t recommend this B&B more.

Staying at Autumn Pond B&B was the highlight of our trip! The owner is the most amazing cook and an excellent host. Breakfast was phenomenal. Fresh, gourmet food. I wish we could have him prepare every meal of the day for us! The rooms are cozy and the whole place is dressed up in lodge-themed decor. The location is just enough outside of town to be a bit more private, but close enough that you don't need to plan your day around heading out. Beautiful scenery all around with breath-taking views right outside your window. Plus the owner is super friendly and you get to hear about the local scene first-hand. He'll really go above and beyond for you. I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else in Leavenworth!

My family had a great time! The house has amazing views and gourmet food. John is a great host, friendly and hugely knowledgeable about the area. The whole house has a down-home country feel. The rooms were comfortable. One of the few B&B's willing to accommodate children and even made special meals for picky eaters.

Beautiful rural setting 5 minutes from the town of Leavenworth. Rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated in elegant country styling lending to the homey, restful experience. John, the owner, is both an exceptional and friendly host. He has lived in the area and been an innkeeper for 20 years so he is quite knowledgeable of activities of interest and can offer good suggestions and recommend some great places to eat. Your host is also a talented chef! His breakfasts will "wow" you, each prepared creatively with delightful results. Breakfast in the dining room offers opportunities to meet other guests and share stories and conversation over your meal.
