Walking in I anticipated liking it. Spacious with nice seating and very clean. Hopefully, they typically do better than my experience.

I ordered a latte and when offered oat milk I took it as I had an amazing oat milk latte on Indian Island the day before. At first I thought the flavor odd because it was very hot, but as it cooled it didn't improve. Possibly the oat milk had gone bad.

As I held the cup it turned out to be leaking and the longer I held it the worse it leaked. Ended up.with coffee stains on both pant legs before I realized it was leaking on me.

I won't try again.

I got a bagel breakfast sandwich it was amazing! Wonderful customer service and you can add protein powder to whatever smoothie you want! You don't find that everyday! This place is good just to sit down and talk with an old friend or a new friend. This place is always busy! So you better get a table while you can!

Update 12/7, nice dreary, drippy day. Enjoyed a cup of drip and a FREE REFILL offered with the drip coffee's. If you get a Flavored cuppa, don't forget your punch card.

Update: 9/29, beautiful day, sunny with fall colors in view through all windows. It was gorgeous. Coffee was delicious as usual and my toasted sesame bagel was amazing. They do a fine job there. I highly recommend Austin Chase off of Mickleberry.

Update: 7/28, another very warm day. Today I brought my dog with his pillow and we sat outside. The coffee was delicious as always!

6/2 Hot, hot day. I enjoyed a brewed dark roast with half n half, no sugar! Perfect, and so robust. Everything I love in a coffee.

We stopped by to grab breakfast. Customer service was great! Matcha was amazing and they sell these cute accessories which I ended up buying a nice necklace . Will be coming back .

Lunch was a typical sandwich 🥪 very yummy would like to try the breakfast items and coffee. Space was well laid out and cozy will definitely try it again.

I go here 2x per week for some amazing coffee. I like that their beans are not burnt. Service is more than amazing and selection of breakfast items is decent.

The latter is decent with a fairly dark roasted espresso. They have a large selection of flavors and seasonal add-ins plus lunch options.

Definitely teleworker conducive 🙂

This is an up beat cozy style of coffee house where you just want to hang out with your friends. One of the feature I like about Austin's is you can sit at the bar on a stool and just watch what is going on. My coffee was made well, a very difficult blend to get right and they almost had it correct. There is plenty of things to choose to eat here and they do have a restroom. The price are a bit cheaper than the other guy so that is nice on the wallet. Staff was very nice and they kept the crowd flowing, there was a decent crowd.
