Ashley Catering did an AWESOME job with catering my son's Celebration of Life reception. The guests were overly suprised about the quaility and presentation of the food. They made comment after comment on their favorites, BBQ Chicken, Brisket, and the BBQ Ribs! My family are particular of their meats. The commented on the tenderness and flavor. The potato and maccroni salads were so delicious! The pork and beans were "Fire!" as my son described them. The guests were more than eager to take the leftovers because we had more food than we actually needed. I highly recommend Ashley Catering as the number cater in the Inland Empire for quality, flavor, and pricing was more than affordable and fair! Their services with setup was impeccable!! Thank you, Phillip for making this event unforgetable for my guests and the event pleasurable.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Philip was very easy to work with, answered my questions and made sure I understood everything. They showed up as promised, set everything up exactly how I wanted. The food was amazing, everyone that attended raved about it. The staff was extremely nice and professional. Mel made sure I was happy and kept everything moving and was very attentive. I wish I knew the other peoples names so I could include them. I cannot say enough great things about them. I was working a wedding recently and had the pleasure of enjoying the food from Ashley's Catering. Having been preview to quite a few weddings, I have had my share of both good and bad catering. The food Ashley's served was delicious. From the moment they started the prep and the smell of the food filled the venue, I could tell the food would be good. The team from Ashley's were fast and orderly. They served 20 tables in maybe 10 to 15mins (that is lightning fast). The entire wedding loved the food and came back multiple times for seconds and thirds.

If you are looking for a great catering service I would highly recommend Ashley's Catering. They knocked it out of the park!

Our company had a grand opening event on June 22, 2017 in Fontana, California. We needed to find a caterer for our event. We found Ashley Catering, and based on their Google Rating of 5 stars, we decided to use them for our event. Everything leading up to the event was great. However, from the event forward, they were extremely unprofessional. The day of the event Ashley Catering was supposed to arrive at 8AM for their 2 hour window to set up to be done by 10AM. They didn’t arrive until after 9AM and were still setting up as guests were arriving. We didn’t even know they were going to be delayed until I had to call them to confirm their ETA. Once they arrived, the 3 staff members, (we were told there would be 4), though very nice, were slow to set up. Their presentation skills were lacking, and I had to go and ask them to make the very sad looking platters more abundant and appetizing. Their food was also subpar. We placed an order for bacon wrapped chicken skewers, finger sandwiches and pinwheels and bruschetta. The finger sandwiches looked like a kindergartener cut them, they left crusts on. The bread was squished and unenticing. They were not presentable for what we had paid for this event. The pinwheels were messy and the bruschetta were tiny. I had to bring out our facility popcorn maker just to offset how terrible the food was. Then we had issues with their dessert, which was store bought. At $21.00 per person, I would expect something that wasn’t from a supplier like Costco, Sam’s Club or Smart and Final. I would have expected something made in their kitchen. We also paid an additional fee to have the attendants serve the food, and we have photographic evidence on multiple occasions that this wasn’t the case and one was on her phone constantly. When brought to the company’s attention after the fact in looking for compensation from this embarrassing event, we were given the run around, had to call multiple times to receive answers and basically were fluffed off by them saying “they considered the event a success.” The way they are handling these real grievances are completely unprofessional.

I called 8 different caterers in search of a caterer who could do a plated dinner (with servers) for a fundraiser banquet for our nonprofit. All but one, didn't have the staff to do it. One caterer suggested that I use them and enlist my own volunteers to serve. Then I found Ashley Catering. Not only did they have the staff to do a plated dinner for 150 guests, they had an awesome dinner selection! We gave our guests the option to have either Garlic-crusted Tri-tip, Rosemary Chicken, or Ricotta stuffed Manicotti. All of the food choices were excellent. Everyone was pleased and highly praised the food and professional service - no complaints! My wife and I were so busy hosting that we didn't get to eat at the event. Philip, the coordinator, saw this and made us to-go plates with a sample of all three meal options! We ate as soon as we got home and the food, even later, was outstanding!

They also provided, and set up, all of the table linens. The decor was outstanding and the table settings were on point.

I couldn't have asked for better service or for a better outcome... the catering really made our event stand out.

I highly recommend Ashley Catering for your catering needs!
