I've been living at Ascend for 6 Months, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The management team is responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any issues that come up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which has made a big difference in day-to-day living.

The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. I love the amenities—especially the gym/pool/clubhouse, which are always in great condition. Parking is easy, and I’ve never had trouble finding a spot near my building.

The location is another major plus. It's close to a great grocery store and gas stations, which makes everything super convenient.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Ascend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live

Beware living at this property - your neighbors will constantly have dogs off leash. My neighbor is even fearful to walk her dogs due to the issue. You can find much better places to live in Woodbury for far less.

Any time I interact with staff it is always positive. I always leave feeling positive. The maintenance is top notch. I submit a request and they are on it right away! Activities are fun and fabulous, just getting coffee is a pleasant experience. The buildings are incredibly clean, and the love of animals is apparent- makes me feel good. This is truly home for me.

I was led here by fate. I was trying to find a nice place to live...I'm pretty demanding when it comes to my comfort. I found Ascend at Woodbury. It was everything I wanted and more. The rooms are spacious and fresh and clean. The kitchen is amazing. I even have a balcony. Everything is easy to access such as mail and packages. There's an outdoor pool for summer dips and underground heated parking. I could go on but I recommend you see for yourself.

I absolutely appreciate how the maintenance team handles issues, especially after hours. I've lived here over 1 & 1/2 years, and the maintenance staff, has always been amazing. The team (I only remember Matt's name, sorry) has always been prompt, professional and prepared. Leaving me extremely pleased. 😊
On a Saturday evening, around 6-7pm, my kitchen sink became very clogged, and after speaking with the after hours call center, within one hour, the younger maintenance tech had driven from his home in Wisconsin, and was clearing the clog. He was pleasant and helpful, as usual. The Leasing office staff is awesome as well. From my tour with Brittany, until now, I'm so glad I chose Ascend in Wodbury as my home. You should as well.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Ascend at Woodbury. They were extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. My decision to choose this location was not only influenced by the quality of the apartments but also significantly shaped by my interactions with the entire team. Bryanna Johnson, in particular, was exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable, making the process seamless. Although I have not officially moved in yet, I am very much looking forward to becoming a resident in the coming weeks. Thank you to everyone at Ascend at Woodbury for your assistance!

We lived in Ascend for 4.5 years total between 2 different apartments. We were happy with maintenance, amenities, and the size of our apartment. In the final year of our stay, the management proposed raising our rent 10%. Up until the final year, the average rate increase was 3% per year. We would still be living in Ascend if management had agreed to negotiate. The staff at Ascend were told by senior management off site to raise all rents 10% for anyone under market rate. There were 9 units available before the rent increase and 42 available after the rent increase. I found this 10% increase to be outrageous and can no longer recommend Ascend or any CIP property to friends or family. The only thing I will remember is the proposed 10% increase in the final year which is unfortunate. My wife and I are retired and would have remained at Ascend indefinitely if offered a 3% increase instead of 10%. We moved on to a new place.
