I got the Tacos Ranchero Mexican, and it is my favorite. The flavor of the meat is chefs kiss. My BF always gets the Carne Asada plate, and he loves it. Even craves it! This is one of our favorite places that we have to eat at least once a month if not more! Also, they make big party platters that look awesome.

Small hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant. This place was definitely hyped up and didn’t match up with our expectations. The food wasn’t horrible but wasn’t as great as the other reviews suggested. There wasn’t a whole lot of room to sit comfortably. The server was kind and friendly, the salsa tasted like watered-down tomatoes and I wasn’t a huge fan of the beans. The chicken was seasoned well and everyone else seemed to enjoy themselves.

Arturo’s Mexican Food is hands down the best Mexican food in town! Their steak tacos are a favorite, but honestly, anything with carne asada is always done perfectly. It’s a bit of a hole-in-the-wall spot—but what keeps us coming back, aside from the amazing food, is the staff. And don’t even get me started on the chips and salsa—I’m addicted! 😋 If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food with a side of great hospitality, Arturo’s is the place to go!

Excellent, fresh Mex. Actually has flavor. What I mean by that is, most Mex places in the Spokane metro area cater to your great-grandma's palate--or your toddler's. This wonderful family has been part of our Cheney community for nearly 20 years, and deservedly has our appreciation for their comida delicioso. It's not a big place, and has an open-style kitchen area. In that regard, it can get a bit hazy with cooking aromas and such. To me, though, that just adds to the charm. Great little joint...

They lost their best cook. Come back Jose'! Food now is just average but much more expensive. Used to go there at least twice a week. Now I only go once or twice a month.

Found this place via google maps and decided to pay them a visit. I ordered to go as I had just checked-in in a near by hotel, and was tired after a 7hr drive. They were kind and polite. I placed my order to go and took it back to the hotel. I ordered the Pobre Arturo plate and a Verde Burrito, and to my surprise, they portions were huge, and the food was very, very good. I ordered from them for most of the duration of my stay. I am from South Texas, and can tell you that their food is as authentic as it gets. The next day the owner told me he has family in Texas as well, it was a nice surprise and I guess that’s where the flavor comes from. Today I visited them after work, and I got their Carne Asada y Más plate, and it did not disappoint. My assignment has ended here, but if I’m ever in the area again, I will visit them again.

Out of all the places I've tried, this is hands down the best Mexican restaurant. The food is 12/10, staff is very friendly and willing to serve, the owner is a very kind man who has put his heart and soul into his craft.
