We had to come here for work and this was the only place around available. The first day we noticed the porch was almost falling through. After we realized any key you have unlocks other rooms just by barely putting your key (or any key you have) in. Our doorknob was jiggling pretty badly off the handles as well.

Our top chain lock was broken so that couldn’t be used as a safety measure. In the room, there’s a door that connects to the room over that uses a lock just like the one on the front door that you can put any key in and unlock it with.

The shower in the room was broken and didn’t work so we unfortunately have not been able to shower the past few days due to this. Maid service also did not come even though we had the maid service sign on our door every day.

We also noticed there is black mold on the wall. The lamp was also falling off the wall as well. Rat poo in the bathroom.

We did not even notice until the last day, but our work put us down for a King Deluxe and they gave us a Queen instead. Horrible place, do not spend your money here !!

We just stayed for one night. I would compare it to a Motel 6 but it cost us quite a lot more. It was fairly clean except it didn't look like they had cleaned the floor. If you like a very firm mattress then you will like the bed. I'm concerned about the hairdryer arrangement. There is absolutely no counter top in the bathroom and the hairdryer is the kind that is designed to hang on the wall but it is just loose under the sink. You literally have to put the motor into the sink to hang on to the handle. I'm worried that some person is not going to be thinking and electrocute themselves! Parking was very tight because they were quite full for Thanksgiving. There is no place to take your dog to do his business. It's all asphalt. The good news is our room was very quiet. The towels were also nice and fluffy! They have a Mr Coffee pot in the room so bring your own filter and coffee. They do provide coffee but you will appreciate having your own. I would highly suggest mounting the hairdryer, getting a small table in the bathroom, getting different toilet paper holders (the paper flies on to the floor every time!) LOL Believe it or not, we would stay again as long as we don't have our dogs. The location really worked for us. The staff was very friendly too.

This a wonderful place to stay. The manager Cheryl is so nice, professional and always makes sure we are comfortable. I love the location as it's just a short walk to the Village. If you're thinking bout a place to stay in Lake Arrowhead, please stay at the Tree Top Lodge and request a cabin with a fire place so cozy in the winter.

I have driven by this lodge several times not knowing it was even there. It is a hidden gem. The property is absolutely adorable . It has a rustic cozy atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cheryl and Bruce are amazing . So helpful and accommodating. The staff is also wonderful. Everyone has a friendly smile and are there to help and make you feel comfortable. Each cabin is different and unique. Most of the rooms have fireplaces. They have a huge log swing in the back of the property that is absolutely amazing. It fits about 5 people and when you are swinging you feel like you are in the trees. Surreal! Beautiful kept place , with wonderful people running it. I recommend staying there anytime you are in Lake Arrowhead. Truly a great warm and inviting place. Very grateful to have found this mountain get away! Thank you !

We visited in December with a great deal of a total $150 a night for two.
With this price, I have nothing to complain. Cozy cabins, great atmosphere. The location is great, very close to the lake and shopping area. The shower water was very hot which I loved it! Workers were very friendly and welcoming. Many parking spots. It also has a small pool, but it's closed due to the weather.
The only concern is that the room was a little bit old. The lock on our door was not working very well.
If it's $250 a night, I would not choose here. But if you have a budget, this is a great option!

This is the cutest, most cozy and clean place I have ever stayed in. The staff is superb, they care about their customers and go above and beyond to make your stay spectacular. They have Cabins that are fully stocked with dishes, pots , pans, utensils etc. Their are multiple fire pits where they provided the wood so you can make a nice fire, their pool has blowup toys already their , my favorite part was this swing they got. I like to go out in the morning and swing in piece and surrounded by nature. So glad I found this Gem .... So everyone need to come up to treetop lodge I promise ull love it.

Love the retro look outside and the fact that they appear to be working at keeping up the property, ||The reviews had me concerned-- in fact I had a backup plan to just leave and drive down the mountain if need be....||The room around the edges was not super clean, the bed was soft and the coffee cups could use a good clean. ||The room I got which was not far from the parking lot- which was a huge plus, no stairs and had hard floors which is a huge factor for me. ||The towels were plentiful. Another plus. There was a working coffee maker/hot water maker- check. There were outlets near the bed that worked. The shower had hot water and good pressure- check! The ceiling fan is good to have though I couldn't use it as it just started blowing something around- dust -cleaning chemicals and I started a huge allergic sneezing reaction. ||The bathroom is compact but everything worked and surface wise appeared clean. I like the Makeup Wipes plus the dark washcloths. ||Microwave and a good size refrigerator perfect if you were going to stay 1 night, 2 nights etc. ||They could get rid of the fake flowers-- and they could double check the coffee cups/coffee maker to be sure it is clean.||Overall if I go back to the area- I would check this place out. Hope they continue to clean, upgrade, repair. and hopefully all of the rooms have no carpet
