Omgosh if you're thinking about this place, DO IT! Gayle went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, rooms were spot less and cozy, we stayed in the romantique room, our kids stayed comfortable too as they had their own beds to sleep in, our room was nothing I've ever seen before, we cant wait to go back! You MUST stay here, it's quite too, I couldn't hear our neighbors and we stayed warm all night. Best place we've ever stayed!

Arrowhead Lake Inn was a perfect choice for me, my partner and our dog. Gayle is a lovely and welcoming host who has a great gem of an Inn. She offers a variety of continental breakfast items, scones, coffee, tea, water and snacks. She keeps the fireplace on in the lobby, which added a cozy set up with my early morning coffee. Some reviews say the inn is not clean, and yes there was a bit of dust in our room, but overall the room was clean, sheets/towels were clean, bed was very comfortable, the location is perfect and it is very well priced for the area. I recommend this inn and hope to be back again soon.

We booked a room at the last minute to spend NYE in Arrowhead. We were very pleased we did. We stayed in the quaint Pinky room, which was perfect for us. All the amenities plus the bed and breakfast charm of a little town. Gail checked us in and made us feel like family. She is amazing. 👏 This inn is perfectly placed, close to shopping, restaurants, and, of course, the lake. Give it a try!

This was the coziest place to stay, rooms were warm and bed was comfy. This hotel is conveniently located near Arrowhead Village where there is a Pizza place and Stater Bros, even though we didn't really need to shop because the Libby is fully stocked and if you have a midnight craving it does not get put away, Gale at the front desk assured us that it was available to us 24 /7. Overall the hotel is within budget. We will definitely be staying here again.

I We arrived on a Friday with a note on the door to check in with a phone number for check in details. I called over 10 times with no answer. I rang the ring doorbell 3 times and finally received a response that my key was in my room. The next morning I realized we had minimal toilet paper with no extra roles under the sink. I called the phone number given to contact the front desk at 8 am and left a message. I came home from adventures around 3pm no toilet paper and another guest trying to check in with no response from the front desk number. Go figure, this experience sounds familiar. I call again and leave a message. I then go to dinner. Come back to no toilet paper again. I had to go buy some at this point. I wake up on the day I check out and my car alarm went off. To my surprise I see the front desk lady walk out of her room (I am completely shocked that she lives onsite). She ask if anything is wrong. No response to any of my calls but when she is woken up she decides to show her face. Wow, that was a slap in the face. We loved our room. We loved the snack bar. We loved the location and price. In regards to service, you won’t get any. Enjoy your stay!

Word to the newcomers and tourists in this area, while looking for a nice place to stay, I would pick anywhere else; and I mean it. I apologize, but the service here is inexplicably awful. The lady here is overly rude.. I think her name was Gayle? I don't know whether she runs it or if she's the owner of it, but either way she definitely doesn't seem to understand hospitality and proper etiquette; considering her attitude and tone I'm surprised anyone is willing to stay here. The water pressure is bad when trying to shower, the room smells old and musty like it's rotting from the inside out(something I really tried my hardest to ignore), and a lot of dust seemed to be gathering as if it hadn't even been touched in maybe over a year? I already have bad allergies when it comes to the pollen and changing of the seasons, but this was absolutely horrendous. The only good thing about this business is the location and the way it looks cozy from the outside; even then it's truly not worth it. Other than that, avoid it altogether and spend your good money elsewhere. My personal suggested recommendation would be the fancy and welcoming Lake Arrowhead Resort across the way, they gave exceptional service whereas this place, as unfortunate as it is to say, fell very short of.
