So happy we hired Arista for our annual gala auction at St. Thomas More School. Brandon made sure every detail was covered and very willing to work with all our different ideas. I used Arista for my wedding a few years ago and had such a great experience, I chose them for my organization to cater a 2,400 student event in downtown Seattle this March. The students, teachers, and chaperones LOVED the food and prices were better than anyone could've found a la carte somewhere downtown. The sandwiches and sides were hearty, restaurant-quality and an unbelievably reasonable price. The dinner fiesta bowl dinner concept was also a hit! Arista worked with us to accommodate all dietary restrictions and preferences as well, including flavorful and filling vegan options.

Two weeks before our event, the venue who had agreed to host the meal distribution for free changed their mind. After a week of frantically searching for locations who could host buffets for 2,400 people, Arista agreed to the MASSIVE operational pivot of pre-boxing the picnic meals and overhauling the dinner menu–all keeping within our original budget. The team delivered hundreds of picnic boxes neatly packed, labeled, and organized by school. They even drove to the new distribution location a few days before to scope out the logistics and ensure everything could flow in an organized manner.

I have been nothing but IMPRESSED with the high-quality food and the attention to detail that Arista Catering has shown at 4 different events for our company. It has ranged from outdoor and indoor events and their staff have clear directions when they arrive. They even remember to ask you questions about any new set up changes or if there are any last-minute things they can help with. They think about things such as flow of your guests and what order food should be in when placing out the dishes. Their drop off service has been great and is ready for my staff with nothing left to myself or anyone to finish before we eat. The set up person even separated nuts from food for our allergy people. I recommend them for any event you may have. No questions, they will be our continued caterer of choice.

I would love to sing the praises of your Arista team, starting with Brandon. Brandon was such a pleasure to work with, starting from our initial email communications. Brandon was incredibly professional yet extremely personable, taking the time to listen to all of our needs and make suggestions that we hadn’t thought of to try and make our big day as special as possible. The food tasting experience was fabulous in that he really made a point to connect with us and inquire about what our needs/details were in order to provide a seamless experience. He even came to check in on us directly after the wedding ceremony, and we couldn’t help but give him the biggest hug because of how happy we were with services!

The day of the wedding: no words can describe how phenomenal the service team was; if I’m remembering correctly, it was Yolanda, Bobby, and Yadi. They worked closely with our wedding coordinator to make sure that each step along the way was well-communicated and following the timeline. All of our guests shared how swift, efficient, and kind the team was, making our wedding even more intimate as if Arista were a part of our family too. They set up the tables exactly as we wished, served food and drinks with utmost customer service, bussed the tables with ease to prevent any buildup of waste, and overall were such a delight to have with us.

The food was a HIT with our guests! Our guests have some specific dietary restrictions, and all of them told us how spoiled they felt with the food options provided because 1) they were delicious and 2) they were able to have exactly what they needed without illness due to the clear communication of ingredients by your team.

Thank you for giving us a 5 star experience. Our microwedding was a complete success because of the amazing folks at Arista. You’ve all made our dreams come true. Thank you for being a part of our big day!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Arista for a networking event for my company. Every year Willamette Dental Group hosts and Dentists social at The University of Washington for the Dental School Students and this year we went with Arista for catering. From the beginning, Arista was so easy to work with, they listened to our requests and were very prompt in their responses. John Morovich was the coordinator I worked with and he was amazing and super friendly. The banquet team was also very professional and accommodating the day of the event. We definitely hope to work with them again in the future.

Wow, one can only hope an unknown to them Caterer will provide, but Arista went above and beyond. Brandon was a huge help putting together a Danish meal for a memorial service, happily added a few changes from me. The delivery was smooth, they were accommodating to the church's requirement of compostable dishes and utensils and everyone reported the food was fantastic. I would not hesitate to use them again!
