Arabella Laguna is an absolute treasure. If you're looking to spend a couple days at Laguna Beach and pretend you're a resident, this place has all the amenities to make that happen.

The neighborhood: Located right off the N Coast Hwy, across the street from the beach, you can wake up and take early morning walks/explore tide pools. Just a couple blocks walk to the bustling shops. And right next door to a big grocery store for supplies. It's equal distance between the main beach and the smaller cover beaches (Shaw's and Crescent).

The room: We stayed in the smallest room. A well furnished studio with a queen bed, well equipped little kitchen and a cute bathroom. Easy parking behind the building (if you know how to parallel park). You can see the ocean somewhat from your suite, and the property itself is really cute, intimate and quiet for being located right off the hwy.

Attended a wedding at Arabella Laguna. We spent the entire day getting ready in one of the cottages. Plenty of room for 8 women to move about and do hair and makeup. The garden is a perfect photo op spot. Highly recommend this as a vacation destination or a venue for a special event.

It's not a hotel, it's so much better! A home away from home, you have all amenities including a kitchen, a/c, hair dryer and a lovely yard to relax in. You're one block from the ocean and you can walk to everything in the city.

We stayed in 517, a cozy place for two and it was clean, quiet, and perfect.

The communication with the host was excellent and accessing the room was very easy upon arrival. I was contacted a few hours before arrival with the instructions.

I highly recommend it!

Loved it hear...absolutely amazing...I stayed in the Heather suite...and idk where people say there is so much noise....I stayed 2 nights...no noise...great vibe..kitchen...stove...brought my own food and cooked in peace...I recommend...just respect property...be courtesy to locals and you'll be fine

The owner of this place is the least friendly, most rude person you’ll come accross in Laguna. We live close up and cross her from time to time. Before knowing what kind of person she is, we recommended our friends booked there. Their flight was sadly rescheduled to a day later. Because they showed up a day late to a reservation they FULLY PAID for for multiple days, they were told since they didn’t show up to day 1, the room was given to someone else. + no refunds. Avoid!

I absolutely love this cute, quaint little place. The cottage my boyfriend and I stayed in took me back to the era of Hollywood Celebs staying here like Humphrey Bogart and Katherine Hepburn. It's nostalgia at it's best.

While some nights we could hear loud motorcycles go by, (It's located right on PCH) it grew on us and wasn't that bad. There was a grocery store right down the street we could walk to and our kitchen was lovely. Although I wish I had better utensils to cook and eat with it was doable.

The place is a gorgeous Garden setting. Parking is directly behind the complex and tight. Like alley parking or you park on PCH or the side street. It's safe, serene and heck the ocean is one block away. Art gallery galore with in walking distance.

When first booked this location, pictures of the property were great. However, this property was in a desperate need for repairs and renovations. For the price, you are expecting a cottage feel with great amenities, WRONG!!! Our Villa, was in needed repairs, the door knobs to the villa were barely secured to the door, back porch/laundry room smelled of busted sewage pipe, kitchen cheap/old appliances with grease stains on side of refrigerator. We had to wash dishes, as it seems they were rinsed off and put up dirty, the furnitures/decor looked as if it was purchased from a savage/yard sale. No A/C, ceiling fan didn't work, television-to small for the living room, bedroom lacked decor and in need of a new mattress. Pricey nIghtly rates for a stay at a rundown cottage, in a desperate need for some cottage upgrades. Management/owner, WORST customer service EVER!!!! We checked out of this dump. Don't waste your money, for the price you can stay some place else in Laguna Beach.

The room was hot and small. Although it was 75 degrees outside, it was 82 in the room. There isn't good airflow so it didn't cool off until after midnight. Since you need to keep the windows open, the traffic noise is loud. Would not stay here again.
