The resort is well located for walking around Sedona, hiking and biking. For the high price, the rooms are small and a bit shabby (drapes worn out, very little storage, worn carpets) but the bath is nice with a larger vanity. By far the best feature is the grounds that is scattered with fire pits and pretty areas to hang out. Breakfast is good but not as outstanding as some reviewers mention. Fruit is from a can, not fresh. Coffee is good. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall, I would stay again but not during peak rates. Pool and hot tub was very nice as well.||We were charged one extra room night in error that I caught when reviewing my credit card. When I called about it, I was asked to "calm down" although I was perfectly calm and just pointing out we were only supposed to be charged $120 for the resort fee. It was the hotel's error and would not have been corrected had I not called. REVIEW YOUR BILL WHEN DEPARTING.

This place has character and charm, which was nice in a town that felt very cookie cutter and touristy.
This hotel has history. The value for the price cannot be beat. Rooms were comfortable. Good hang out /common areas for couples and/or large groups. Many of the women in our group talked about how safe it felt on site and how wonderful this place would be for solo travel.
Amenities are nice but not over the top. Dog friendly made it nice to see lots of people’s pets!

It's a slightly older property but the staff and management went out of their way to make our stay fun and pleasant. They have outdoor fireplaces, a nice heated pool and hot tub, but the feature we enjoyed most was the bird feeders throughout the property. Waking up to finches singing and watching hummingbirds at the feeders was really pleasant. The continental breakfast was much bigger than we expected, and of course, the views were spectacular.

Lovely little low key resort in a great location in Sedona. Staff are helpful and kind (esp Tina at the front desk and manager Elizabeth). Rooms are clean and ours was spacious and peaceful with a balcony. Super dog friendly with decent size dog park and treats at the front desk. Breakfast was extensive, take your your room for some calm as the breakfast room gets hectic. Coffee is good. You can hike right from the property, and walk to lots of restaurants etc. Great stay.

The location and views in Sedona are beautiful from anywhere, but this hotel was the worst experience. Way overpriced for the outdated room. Zero handicap accommodations, no elevator, and the staff was unhelpful. Issue with toilet, and they told my elderly father he would have to wait until maintenance had to come in during the day shift and that he would have to use the restroom on the first floor... he walks with a cane and can hardly walk. "Guess I can look again" is the response we got. Toilet remained clogged...

The air conditioner was not working well, and the room was warm. Ended up having to keep windows open to cool room. Thankfully, it was in the 40s this night.

Restaurant was way overpriced for the food being served, and no one we found delivered here. $35 for an enchilada plate?! Over all horrible experiences and will not stay and do not recommend staying.

Good stay! My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The room was spacious and comfortable, with elegant decor and all the amenities I needed. The location is incredibly convenient. I especially want to commend the hotel staff – everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide range of options and great quality. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel! Looking forward to staying here again!

The room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Beautiful hiking trail on site and with easy access to much of downtown Sedona. Nice pool and hot tub and fun activities available on site. The complimentary breakfast buffet had lots of options. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed Sedona!

This is a fabulous place to stay!! The rooms are big and comfortable. The bed and pillows are a dream. So comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding. Everything you can imagine. Eggs, toast, English, sausage, fruit, and more with the most amazing muffins. I would highly recommend staying here.
