I played here the last time I visited Laughlin and signed up for a players card. Next thing you know I received a 3 night comped stay!! Thank you! The property was clean they have good restaurants that are open late (which is not the case at other casinos here). We had a good time did win as much as other casinos but with a free room we started out as winners!

The staff was courteous and helpful. The drinks were a bit pricey, but it is a resort casino, after all. The place was very clean and well maintained. Overall an excellent experience!

Positive: A great discount provided for the room. It was nice staying again; it was over 10 years ago since my last stay. It definitely doesn't disappoint, especially when you pay the additional fees for the upgrade. Terrific view. Negative: The slot machines do not pay anything. I would recommend paying more of a dividend. I took the majority of my money to other casinos in the area.

Great food, bit speedy, wait staff was very good at restaurant. All employees friendly & helpful! Pool closes at dusk, assume not heated. Bummer can't access hot tub in evening. Tons of machines & games to play in casino!

Very friendly staff. At checking, we used the kiosk, and the staff were very helpful and easy to check in. When you were on the floor and wanted to go to a restaurant/ lounge area, the staff actually walked you there instead of giving directions. The place smells good even with all the smokers. The only downside was parking, but that can be easily overlooked. Great location and plenty to eat at the Aquarius and nearby restaurants. I would recommend it. Overall, great staff and friendly environment.

The room was extremely dusty.
Food in the carpet in our room when we checked in wasn't vacuumed as food was all over carpet. I called the front desk and explained, front desk didn't show or offer any assistance. I asked if they would have someone, please bring me some dusting towels so I could dust the room.
She said, of course.
Coffee maker wasn't cleaned.
Above shower, ceiling is coming down.
The young lady at the front desk wasn't professional or even pleasant at check-in!
But everyone else we have encountered was absolutely amazing 👏

The hotel was nice and they are doing a lot of updates in the Casino which I can only assume will be positive. We only ate a breakfast "bite" at the but Duets has good pastries and other small things for that meal. Laughlin has lost a lot of business since the Pandemic but this hotel does not appear to be on a downward spiral. ||I normally write pretty positive reviews but we did have a very disturbing thing happen while visiting. We were with a bus tour and arrived at about 3PM. We heard that Jay Leno was going to be next door at the Edgewater (owned by the same company) for one show only that night. We rushed next door and got tickets for a few cents less than $90 each with taxes. We went over a little early (thank goodness) and were told that our purses could not be taken into the show that they have a "clear bag" policy. For one thing, I couldn't figure out what that meant and for another thing they did not mention it while selling the tickets. If the term had been "transparent purse" I would have understood and we did notice signs around with the term clear bag later but to us that just meant inspecting what we had in our purses like they do at the theatre at home. My friends rushed back, dropped off the purses and got back in time to see a great show by Jay so it ended on a positive.||They need to use more descriptive words on the signs, warn people buying the tickets AND at least have someone selling cheap transparent plastic containers near the show. They didn't even sell them at the gift shop (our first thought).

I was disappointed with my stay! And not because of customer service from the front staff, which was great, but the room itself was disappointing. I have stayed here many times and this was the worse room I’ve been in!

I now know there’s a difference between Arizona and California tower! I got ‘upgraded’ from a king room to a river view on the 11th floor, Room 11065. In my opinion it was a downgrade! The room was very very old, dusty, dark, dirty carpets, a dated bathroom with a red smear on the wall (I won’t ask questions)

I will make a point of asking for the California tower next time! The room was not what was advertised on the picture! I didn’t bother taking pictures, I just wanted to spend my night and leave!
