Becky was very helpful when on short notice due to weather I contacted them on moving our stay up a day.
There house is beutiful and welcoming.
Ease of check in at our convenience and right off the hwy yet still a quiet location.
Nice walking path along a stretch of river

We stayed for 2 nights in the Crystal Cove Suite in mid-October while attending a wedding nearby. The house is very pretty in a lovely setting. The check-in process was all online and easy to complete.There was another couple staying both nights, but we never saw them or the owners, so it was very private. We opted not to pay the up-charge for breakfast, but figured the coffee and muffins described would be enough.It was a bit disappointing that it was just a Keurig and 2 gas-station type, plastic wrapped muffins. There were only 2 paper cups (there were 4 people staying there). No mugs, and powder creamer. I guess I expected a little more. Our room was pretty, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful. My only complaint was the shower/bathtub situation was very odd and a little dangerous. There was a grab bar but still difficult and slippery to get in. I would take that out and put in a walk-in shower. While I appreciated the privacy, I think it would have been nice for the owners to at least reach out to welcome us personally. Lastly, the front porch needed a good sweeping. There were hundreds of dead ladybugs. Overall, it was fine, but could use some attention to detail.

Beautiful bnb on a lovely historic property. Rob was very friendly and attentive and breakfast was delicious. Becky had great communication through email and text; hope she is feeling better soon. Will definitely be telling our friends about this place!

We loved staying at Apple Tree Lane B&B! It's a beautiful and comfy home on scenic riverfront property with freshwater springs and wildlife. We enjoyed the sightseeing, shops and restaurants in Waupaca and hope to visit here again soon. Becky and Rob are the the best hosts and made our stay special. Highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed staying at the Apple Tree Lane Bed and Breakfast. We attended a wedding at Camp Elsewhere and the location of the BandB was perfect! The old farmhouse is decorated beautifully, our room was lovely, the walk to the river was peaceful, and breakfast was delicious! Becky is a wonderful host.

What an amazing find. We stayed as a family and the house was beyond nice. Very central to all activities including downtown Waupaca and the Chain of Lakes. The breakfasts were delicious! We really enjoyed the hosts and all their knowledge. We would definitely stay again.

The Inn is charming, and was a great place to relax and get away. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed walking the property and sitting on the front porch right outside of our room. There is a lot to do in the area, but this place was quiet and we felt we were in the country. Our host was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Charming and cozy! This was our first bed and breakfast experience. My husband and I got to stay in the master suite and the crystal cove suite. Breakfast was delicious and there’s nothing quite like a full pot of coffee delivered to your room! Thank you for a great stay. Clean, comfortable, and quiet - I will definitely choose this BNB again!
