Traveling thru and wanted to try a new location and lucked into stopping at apple Annie's for some breakfast. I decided to get the sausage gravy and biscuits. The biscuits were very fluffy and the sausage was chunky enough to eat with a fork. The cookies looked amazing and we decided to get one of each to sample them later in the day. My favorite so far is the oatmeal raisin. Will definitely be back

Excellent homestyle comfort food. The country fried steak was well worth it, and do not leave without picking out a box of cookies to take with you. The case of desserts greets you as soon as you walk in the door, and the friendly staff makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. I was considering moving to Fairmont, but after eating here I made up my mind. I need this place in my life lol

Every single person that worked there was fantastic. My server was so kind, helped me make a dinner choice (pork chops were great!), and ensured that I was okay throughout my experience. The rolls that you get with dinner are also made in house, along with their desserts. Can not recommend enough!

A friend of mine suggested getting lunch here. I like to consider my appetite "healthy," but there was no way I could eat the entire Fish & Chips meal I ordered (only served on Friday at the time of writing).

The food was amazing. Best fish and coleslaw I've had in a while. My friend ordered a chicken pot pie that was big enough for an army. Large portions.

This place has been one of my new favorite places to go. Tonight I decided to place a to-go order here for the first time. I ordered the simple chicken sandwich with fries and ranch. It was kind of disappointing when I was able to eat my food. The packaging make everything go soggy and the ranch was placed inside with the food to get warm. Honestly, I think this place is good if you go inside but I would stray away from ordering it to-go. Unless you want to end up like me with soggy wilted lettuce, soggy fries, and warm ranch.

Apple Annies, I think you could improve this by changing your to-go containers, allowing the steam from hot food to escape instead of trapping it and making the food subpar. Also please do not stick ranch in with hot food. Ranch is a dressing, it is meant to be served cold. No one wants warm ranch.

We finally got to experience Apple Annie’s! Lovely dinner, delicious cabbage rolls and great service! Our waiter was awesome. He apologized for not checking on us as much as he thought he should; though, we didn’t notice or feel neglected! We were seated, received food and finished less than 45 min. And that’s with 2 slow eating toddlers! Can’t wait to come again!

Atmosphere- three stars- nothing over the top fancy but very clean. Can get a little drafty when sitting close to the doors. Seating is not the most comfortable and table layout is not the greatest.

Service- four stars- our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu.

Food- four stars- had the daily special- Italian sampler (chicken parm and lasagna) pretty good considering this is not an Italian restaurant. I have eaten here before and love their soups!! They also have a pretty extensive bakery on site.
