A nice place to live. I've lived here since 2022 and have had a great experience from the very beginning when the manager Helen helped me find my home. Her and her assistant Jessica are happy to help me whenever I come into the office. They also have great candy up there too.

Have had a wonderful experience with both Helen the office manager and her assistant Jessica. They are very helpful with all the questions that we had before and after our move from Maine to Arizona. If you are looking for a retirement village that is very clean, has activities and very friendly people living here, we would recommend Apollo Village in Peoria.

Just moved in and we have been treated like family from the office staff and all the residents. Plenty of activities to keep active and social. We feel very lucky to have gotten the chance to share our lives with warm and inviting people in this community.

My husband and are looking to relocate to AZ. We stopped in to look at Apollo Village community, if we were in a situation to move now, we would definitely choose this community. Apollo Village is sooooo clean and inviting. Helen and Jessica, in the office, are so professional, informative, and accommodating! We felt so welcomed, and could not get over how clean the park was, and how nice the office and office staff were! Highly recommend!

This mobile home park is as quiet as it gets. A good friend lives here with her elderly mother. They allow pets and everyone is friendly. The lot rent is very reasonable if you are on a budget. Convenient to pretty much everything.

Management is cliquey with some residents here and will actively harass you to try and get you evicted.

Strict rules about visitors if you're not on file and if you're one of the ones that aren't part of the harassment clique they will pester you with notices of trivial violations of their policies.

On a positive note the grounds are clean which is nice, some people have nice decorations in their front yard.

Be wary if you're a bird of your own feather. If they don't like you you're going to have a target on your back when you just want to be left alone.

Apollo Village is a beautiful 55+ adult community. It's very clean and well kept. Office managers are great. Shout out to Priscilla in the office. She helped us out and we are grateful.I have not met my neighbors as I have not moved in yet. Looking forward to October1st!
