Very polite drivers and very fast arrivals and can be trusted to be there and get you to where you need to go on time. Their prices are very good and are a match to Lyft or Uber in my experience, plus much more reliable. I have always been able to get a ride basically immediately when other ride services have failed to show even when I booked the others hours in advance and was told they were "confirmed".

Our car was being in serviced when we faced an emergency and needed to take our child to the ER at 10pm and the driver did show up. However when my child was discharged at 1am (we understand its an unruly hour) and contacted them again to bring my family back home, they said "oh we took you there, ok were on the way"...well ANYTIME NEVER SHOWED UP to bring my family back home. My husband and child waited from 1am-2am in the ER waiting for Anytime to pick them up and bring them home. Eventually we went with another service who knows how to keep thier word. The driver who did drop them off the 1st time said if its 3am-5am, a reservation would need to be made but it wasnt even close to 3am. Anytime cab services? More like anytime they feel like it. Dont count on them ...disappointed

Dont say youll be there and never show up. Even the hospital administration are disappointed that this company left people waiting...

After reading your response- it was not covid. And 2, BLESS YOUR HEART AND YOUR BUISNESS...and your response thinking you have the right information in regards to my sons ER discharged diagnosis, and you wanting to share it here, it has HIPPA VIOLATION all over your name....so, like i said, bless your heart.
