Antonio's food and service were outstanding! We got married in August at the Harmony Ridge Lodge. Antonio provided hors d'oeuvres, a plated dinner, and a dessert bar. The food was delicious, and the service was seamless, with perfect timing. Communication with the staff was excellent. They took great care of me and the groom 🙂 We highly recommend them!

If you’re getting married anywhere near Grass Valley, CA, and you want to thoroughly impress your guests with the best wedding food they’ve ever had, hire Antonio. Everything was delicious, timing was perfect (the buffet moved quickly and no one was waiting too long), and his team of sous chefs, servers, and bar tenders were fantastic. The appetizers and dinner were much more important to us than dessert, but Antonio also did our cake and desserts for us: fresh fried churros and a variety of cannoli flavors! Our only complaint is we wish we could have had the opportunity to eat more of his food, but it’s true what they say, you’ll barely eat at your own wedding.

We highly recommend Antonio! Antonio catered our wedding and was SO fabulous to work with. From our initial phone call and menu brainstorming, he was open to suggestion and we landed on an awesome cocktail hour, BBQ buffet, and late night snack taquitos and guac. Antonio also made our wedding cake and provided a bartender and non alcoholic beverages. We had THE BEST WEDDING FOOD and our guests (and other vendors) kept commenting how amazing everything looked and tasted. His staff also were so on top of everything. We could not have asked for a better team, thanks to Antonio. Would highly recommend to anyone in the NorCal area.

Antonio catered our wedding in May, and it was the best decision we made! Throughout the planning process he was so helpful in answering our questions and helping with suggestions. The food was AMAZING, so many of our family and friends told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. He also catered a cookie bar for dessert and a small wedding cake for my husband and I. The staff and bar tenders were great, everyone was so nice and professional. Highly recommend Antonio for any event, hope to work with him again in the future!!

I cannot praise Antonio's catering enough! We chose Antonio to cater our wedding after having a delicious tasting experience with him. We didn't know if the quality would be as good at the wedding as it was at the tasting since there would be so many orders to fill the day of the wedding, but it was even better than I remembered on the day of the wedding!! He worked with us to make sure everyone's dietary needs were catered to and everyone we spoke with who attended the wedding raved about the food, not only at the plated dinner, but also during cocktail hour. His wait staff and bartending team were also top notch and really made the guests feel taken care of. I am thrilled with how well everything went. I 100% recommend choosing Antonio for your special day!

Antonio catered our wedding at Harmony Ridge Lodge in September and we are so glad he did! Antonio's food is amazing! We were very mindful about having great food and lots of it for our guests so Antonio was the perfect match. At our tasting we asked for our tofu dish to be spicier and on the day Antonio got it exactly right. For us, great food is an important part of what we wanted for our wedding and Antonio definitely delivered with his braised rib, cuban pork sliders and spicy mango salsa on tofu!! Friends told us not to worry as we won't end up getting to eat on the day, ha! We ate plenty! Antonio's staff had exceptional attention to detail and were even able (and kind about) to cater for two last minute guests. The bar tender kept our guests happy and was very nice and personable. What is included in the package is great value for money as the set up, pack down, ice, bartender and gratuity all included really helped for a seamless experience. Thanks to Antonio and his crew!
