Thanks to the Union, our mail can continue to be mishandled, lost, sent to different states, important documents never showing up, paystubs being cut opened, rude unprofessional encounters with clerks, never hearing back from Post Master... I hope Amazon takes over the mail and cuts the USPS departments throat. Overcompensating incompetent workers, that receive multiple pensions, and they are untouchable and never held accountable. Make sure you send your packages through Fed Ex and UPS etc. Stop giving these people your business. The Federal Government is crooked and rich enough.

The Mailman that delivered our mail today August 28th 2020 in the rain & put our package/mail in our garage out of the rain on East North Ave deserves a raise. He went above & beyond any mail person we've had & its greatly appreciated as we are overdue expecting our miracle baby! He restored our faith in the postal service & is the perfect example of what a hard worker is. So Thank you Sir, we appreciate your kindness & service!

Talked to Jolene? I believe her name was. I asked for tracking information on my package and heard her mutter under her breath “oh my god” in a disdainful tone. I’m sorry if it was an inconvenience to ask for the status of my package . No need to have an attitude. I also work in customer service, treat your customers better.

I’ve dealt with 2 different people one male and one female in the last 3 months that physically work at the office. Some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with, if you can’t be nice to your customers then don’t work where you have to deal with people! And both issues were very simple. Our actual delivery ladies have been great, but unfortunate a rotten tomato ruins everything.

We recently purchased a property and the house was vacant for it least 1 year plus prior to us purchasing.This is a rural property and apparently we were told the mail box was taken down by a plow and never replaced. Upon numerous phone calls to this post office and conversations with several different people, we have been insulted, talked down to, and have seen such a lack of professionalism, it’s horrific. All In an attempt to put it near our home in a proper place..... We will not patronize this post office and recommend others to not as well. We will opt to purchase a PO box in a different city, than have to deal with ignorance.

Worst post office! You can't trust them to deliver your mail at all! For months they just stopped delivering it I have missed bills and other important mail and when they do deliver it they put it in the wrong box!
