Kim and the team here are wonderful!!! This location was recently renovated and is tucked away in a small medical campus. I come here quite often to work and the atmosphere is relaxed, light, friendly, and a great vibe all around. The interior is kept very clean and is nicely decorated as well for holidays. The team is extra polite and gets to know customers (remembering details about my favorite drink and life). Right outside is a great view of Mt. Rainier as well! I would recommend dropping by ^_^

My son went into the Sunrise location to get us coffee about 2 weeks ago. He was dressed nice, good looking, polite, personable and a driver for UPS. He was in the store for 10 minutes, it was not very busy, plenty of workers and NOT ONE ACKNOWLEDGED HIM so we left.
We both try to support local businesses but frankly Starbucks, which is not a favorite knows what customer service means whereas Anthem needs to do some serious training. I conduct lots of coffee meetings with clients but Anthem is off my list of places to meet. My standard line to people and business that provide zero or poor customer service is"you must have all the business you need" and walk out. Be better, do better. Hire people that actually like people.
UPDATE: THERE IS NO UPDATE. APPARENTLY, THEY HAVE ALL THE BUSINESS THEY NEED AND WON'T BE GETTING MINE.

Just wow. Great atmosphere, fast courteous service. Cappuccino was flawless with perfect texture. Breakfast burrito was great. I did not expect be so impressed.

The staff at Anthem is wonderful. Kim goes out of her way to make our group (that meets there every week) feel so special. She knows all our favorite things, decorates for special occasions, and remembers all our normally ordered items. Kim makes sure all her customers feel welcome. My time in Anthem is my favorite part of my week!

Very nice and cozy place. Barista offered to make me an americano for the price of brewed because they were out. But at least when I came, there was a desperate need for additional staffing.

Stopped in here like most people after a doctors appointment. Come in for a quick coffee. Well the gal in front of me had a big order for around 20 drinks. She paid for them and left stating people would be trickling in to get them. The moral of the story is I'm still here almost 27 minutes later while I wait for my coffee. The up side is the food is good here. This is a skip next time for me

The environment was so neat, my friend and I got to enjoy our food and drinks and we were never interrupted, the other customers were pleasant and non disturbing. The coffee was delicious! The staff was so friendly. American flags inside the building. An outside seating area for nicer weather. The store was extremely clean and also as odd as it sounds, the temperature was so comfortable. They were playing fun christmas music. Literally no complaints!

Some of the best coffee and food I've had at a coffee shop. This quaint location nestled in the medical campus is a must stop for my wife and I when we come to the doctor. I was genuinely surprised by how good the coffee was, I'm always suspicious of tiny hole in the wall places at early hours because they can be hit or miss. This one though is definitely worth a few minutes of your time
