This is a business that truly cares about their customers and offers top notch customer service. There was a human error where the incorrect date was scheduled and I didn’t check my confirmation of reservation and the owners made sure the error was corrected in a manner that was certainly caring and generously understanding. Note for customer: always check your reservation date and time just in case and always choose Antelope Express since they are professional, kind and run an outstanding service.

Normally this service is fantastic. Tonight not so much. Jose' is very nice. However, he seemed slightly overwhelmed in the LAX traffic. He was constantly on his phone while trying to navigate the terminal traffic. Which was dangerous and caused concern. As a commercial commuter coach operator Im familiar with this business along with the laws and rules associated with it. After paying close to $300 for the round trip for the Ms. and I. I expected a very different ride, I felt unsafe several times in this trip.

Generally speaking, I’m a fan of this service. The drivers and those at the office are very nice and helpful. The driver this morning was decidedly less so, so I can’t give 5 stars. I hope not to drive with him again. I tried everything I could to get to the meeting place 10 minutes early but could not, I’m out here caring for my other who just had breast cancer surgery. He called, I said I was 5 minutes out, the departure time was 8:50, when I arrived at 8:47 he lectured me rudely on the process and how that 8:50 was the departure time… well guess what? We departed at 8:49, so I don’t appreciate being lectured when we left right on time. I respect that the schedule needs to be kept and had I arrived after 8:50 I would’ve understood if they had left. It’s not the first time I’ve used this service. I’ve managed to get there early every other time and the last few times, I had to wait for them to show up after the stated time. I don't appreciate the attitude and being treated so patronizingly.

Service to and from LAX was flawless. Drivers were friendly and drove safely. We will use again, cheaper than getting a hotel near the airport and paying for parking. And much less stress driving the 405! Our car was fine in their parking lot for 13 days.

Brian, Antelope Express driver, and Paula in the office, worked together to make sure I got on the 12:30 shuttle even though my flight was delayed. I realize they can't wait too long but Brian called me just as I landed and waited for me so I wouldn't have to take the 3:30 shuttle. Brian and Paula are the best!

Paula is AMAZING! Her customer service is GREAT!.

Selena, on the other hand, needs to be retrained in customer service she is extremely rude and rushes you off the phone. She's got a terrible attitude.

I enjoyed both rides. Jose and the young lady were great drivers and very courteous.
