In love with my room. It was super cute and clean upon arrival. All of the staff has been very pleasant! They are very attentive and just phenomenal. I needed to extend my stay and they accommodated me and allowed me to keep the same room. You can text valet when your vehicle is needed which is very convenient. I love that they have wine hour from 5 to 6. Had an excellent experience and will return in the future.

The hotel was beautiful and in a nice part of town. I had never been to LA before so it was easy to find. Beds were very comfy and the room had an amzing view of the city. The roof pool was closed but still able to sit up there and enjoy the views. Overall, a great convenient stay and very comfortable.

What an amazing stay. This place is beautiful and historic. I was so very happy to experience this place. We went to a rooftop private event and it was so amazing. The staff is fantastic and professional. The place is clean and very well taken care of. We had an excellent breakfast before we left.

Great location in hollywood ! Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town. The room was also very spacious and clean. Service was alright they did charge my credit card an extra night deposit but was quickly rectified. Was a good experience but lacked the wow factor for a 5 star.

I'd like to preface this review by stating that the service in the hotel is as good as you would want and expect from the Andaz brand. At no point was the service a problem.

With that said, the rest of my experience was rather lacking. While the lobby and restaurant look nice, the rooms are in a sorry state. Tired is the word that came to mind the moment I entered my room. While it was very spacious, almost every aspect felt like it needed attention. From the stained carpet to the scratched furniture, the room did not feel up to the standard the Andaz brand usually commands.

Most confusing of all was the lack of any in-room coffee machine or bottled water, which is something you'd usually find in lesser hotels. They did offer free coffee and snacks in the lobby, but that's not quite the 4 star appeal the hotel boasts in their marketing.

This is a hotel trading off its location and its history, rather than the experience of staying in the hotel. You would be better off paying less and staying elsewhere than paying a premium to stay here.

Hosted an executive retreat at this hotel. Nice casual vibes and great service. Breakfast at the Riot house had great options. Their free snacks bar is a really nice touch- I’m talking chips, gummy bears, granola bars!!! Pool area also looked awesome though didn’t use because of the time of year. Will definitely be returning.

The hotel is in an amazing location, and itself is an amazing hotel. The lobby, gym, staff, and ambiance were all fantastic! However, the rooms just seemed very outdated. The carpet was old and absolutely filthy and riddled with stains. The bathroom was very small and, the shower especially, was very small and the nozzle short with not great water pressure. However, I will say the bed and pillows were amazing! Very comfortable. The staff was fantastic, and so helpful and the valet was so quick! That almost never happens. I love the whole feel of the hotel but the rooms definitely need an upgrade!

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were welcoming and modern. The rooftop pool and view were wonderful with the chairs and chaise lounges nicely set up. The hotel's ambiance was modern and fun, using color and art. I'd certainly stay again, though the restaurant was quite small.
