This cafe is a great place for food, breakfast is delicious, and the cinnamon rolls are huge It was recommended to us by three locals. The ladies serving the food are lovely and the country cooking is amazing.

There's a bar and communal table seating for quicker service.

This was recommended to us by three locals. One lady at a gas station, a lady at the venison meat factory and a guy down town. Amazing country cooking, lovely 😍 ladies serving the food. Cash only payments . Saturday AM, expect a 20-45 minute wait. There's bar and communal table seating for quicker service 💪🙏👍♥️😎

It's an old fashioned diner. The atmosphere is where town folk gather for good food and company. It's nothing fancy, and has the stools that go around a counter as well as some booths. Food was good. The waitress was very friendly. Check hours before going. I think it's only breakfast and lunch.

Went on a Sunday for breakfast. It was full and very busy. One of the girls offered us seats joining another group with a couple of extra chairs, so nice of her. A couple of seats at the counter opened up just then so we plopped ourselves down at the counter and proceeded to have great service great food, everything was very efficient and clean.

They have most anything you could think of for breakfast and mine was very good.
We saw huge cinnamon rolls speeding past us, and we were sitting right in front of the hot buckets filled with sausage gravy and cheese sauce being generously ladled on top of plates piled high with eggs hash brown sausage waffles ham whatever you want I guess!

Everyone had great attitudes, our food and our time spent there was all good. I would definitely go back anytime.

We went at lunch time and it was busy but you could get a table. The service was excellent, the food is fresh and delicious. The French toast is great because the bread they use is so good. There were 7 of us and we all got different meals. Nobody had a bad word to say.

I was at Amy,‘s café on February 4. I had a double cheeseburger and it was delicious. I love the combination of ketchup and mayonnaise. I think my waitress was having a bad day. She did not seem pleased to serve me. This is a wonderful café. I love going here. I just try to avoid the people having a bad day. The cook is awesome. He really makes good food. Amy and her sister Amanda worked side-by-side to make all of this work for the city of Monroe. I’m glad they’re still open But they need help they need more people to come in and work. As far as a place to eat, I highly recommend it !!! They used to close at three, but now Because of not enough employees, they have to close it 2:00 pm (( good good food ))

Wonderful small town family restaurant. All fresh cooked food and homemade food. Open for breakfast and lunch, daily specials.
The Cafe can be quite busy and you may have to wait a bit for a table or booth. Well worth the wait and the service is very friendly and efficient.
