Rooms: Clean but unfinished (unpainted patched walls, no comforter covers, paintings mismatched). Could hear neighbors very very clearly (burping and can opening!!).
Pool: Hot tub was not functional, lots of repair equipment around the hot tub. Pool was decent but not the cleanest. There was a bathroom in the pool area.
Service: Friendly, no issues. Others in our group had issues with room rates, we did not.
Convenience: next door to a cafe and a short jaunt to a pizza place. Both restaurants are good.
Price: High for what you get.
Parking lot: Open but not organized very clearly. Our room faced the parking lot which gave a sense of security.
Breakfast: Not sure, it wasn't available at 6:00 am even though that's the time it was supposed to start.

Lakshmi was the one that got us checked in for our stay, she was so kind to us. She made us feel so welcomed and she was very helpful answering our questions. They have themed rooms which is so fun! The pool and hot tub are very nice as well! Overall very good experience!

We stay here one weekend a month, we have been coming here for over 3 years. I have loved watching the renovations and amazing transformation of the rooms and the hotel. I am so disappointed though after our last visit. They have always made us feel at home, they have always been so welcoming and kind. This time, the man that took over was so rude and disrespectful. I couldn't believe that he sent someone to walk into our room on our second day and then on check out day, he stood outside of our door, knocking and yelling at us to leave because we were late to check out. He was disrespectful and I will NEVER stay here again... this makes me feel so sad. We loved it here. They have nice jacuzzi rooms, the balconies are wonderful and the place has always been up to our standards. I want to cry because this place has been a huge part of our life for years now and I do not feel comfortable going back!

Do not stay here! It's a waste of money! My room was gross, dirty, and full of roaches. I found hairs in the bed and in the tub. Spiders on the ceiling and did i menton the roaches! I left a few hours after i checked in because it was just horrible.

The room we stayed in was incredibly moldy. You could smell it as soon as you walked in. Upon further inspection, there was mold all over the head board. You could literally see the spores with a phone light. They had also not properly cleaned behind anything(lots of dust and spiders), there was a very small blood smear on the wall, and had a pillow held together by safety pins. I would not suggest they let anyone stay in room 110 until they get the mold problem taken care of. I had to rewash all of the clothes I had for my stay because it was that bad(yes it was THAT bad. So painfully bad I hope they fix it)
Also sucked they started working on the pool at 7am. It was very loud at not conscious of their guests that were still sleeping this was 11/9-11-10.

Horrible smell. Tv does not work. Waffle mix is pure water. Breakfast was a joke. Was told they would switch my rooms but never did for me. Pool hours stated with sign on door 8am-9pm. We were there at 8am to swim and was told the pool won't be open til 930am due to some water lines. Bugs everywhere. Stained bed linens. Bathroom door was warped so bad it would not close. Curtain mount was just hanging on window. Won't ever stay again. Wish I could get a refund for this horrible experience.

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at! We got a king jacuzzi balcony room. 1st the room has an odd odor to it....it is the curtains! They definitely need to be replaced or washed. 2nd the flooring coming into the room is not secured to the floor and no transition strip from flooring to carpet. The biggest issue is the jacuzzi!!!!! It is Absolutely disgusting and I would not bath my dog in it! For $418 for 2 nights we definitely got scammed and ripped off! Do not go by pictures on website because the rooms look nothing like this.

O and our lovely view on the balcony is a trailer with junk around it!
