We were looking for an affordable place to stay with a pool. This hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast includes make-your-own waffles and breakfast sandwiches (eggs, sausage, pbj) as well as yogurt, fruit, cereal, and more. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are recently renovated, clean, and comfortable.

Room was fine but the heating unit was noisy & hallway noise was disruptive without the TV on. Room looked like it had been recently renovated but not the bathroom which could use a deep clean if nothing else. Pool & breakfast were both fine. Main lobby was clean & attractive. Overall a good lower cost option for the area & quick access to LaCrosse via the interstate.

The check in lady was nice. That's it for positives. The hotel was old, but that wasn't a problem. It was poorly maintained, starting with dog poop in the rocks by the door. The carpets needed to be vacuumed in the hallways. Very dusty and poorly lit in the hallway and in the room. The toilet in the room was dirty. The TV stand was broken in a few places. All surfaces were dusty. A kids hockey team had almost the whole hotel booked. It was so loud, 20+ kids running around, screaming, unattended, slapping hockey pucks off the walls because they were playing hockey in the hallways. I had 3 kids with me who were intimidated to leave the room because of the chaos. Parents were in the lobby entertaining themselves and ignoring their kids. We left 3hrs after we checked in. Very disappointing experience.

The rooms was amazing, quiet and cozy area. The staff was amazing. Had a pool and nice sized jacuzzi. About ten minutes from the mall n shopping area.

Excellent stay. The owners and staff were so kind and helpful. This location does not have a business center or gym, but they make up for it with the location, breakfast, pool, and hottub. We will return!
