This is an older hotel, but it's been completely updated and has been kept in great condition. Very generous breakfast hours from 6-10 & no effort to close up early. We had a great stay except for being a little hot in the room. The thermostat would not go lower than 60 and even that put out too much heat. We wound up turning it off which helped a lot. Even when the outdoor temperature was below zero it really stayed warm. We never spoke to management about it because it wasn't that big of a deal. For the price, this was a tremendous value!

First off let me say there are NO elevators in this hotel. We reserved a king suite and the only room like this is on the 2nd floor. My husband is disabled and can not walk stairs. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and exchanged our rooms and gave us the difference back with no questions. We were given a room on the 1st floor with 2 queen beds that was handicapped accessible. The bathroom was AMAZING with it's walk-in shower with a chair. The room was a decent size. There was no thermostat in the room so you need to be careful of how long the heat/cooling is on. We did not like the beds or pillows, but that is us, someone else might love them. (the pillows were a bit too firm). The breakfast was very good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool area is very large and inviting with actual live plants, a large whirlpool and a sauna.

Great Location! Multiple Dining options within walking distance. Great Truck Parking. Good Breakfast. Nice Hot Tub, Temperature was great, pool area clean, sauna is nice. Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Staff was hospitable and attentive. Check-in/out was seamless. Pool and hot tub area was clean and water temperatures on point. Room was clean and adequately stocked with towels, pillows, etc. Breakfast included hot items, as well as the typical cereal, bagels and bakery items. Overall, for the price, I was very impressed.

The staff were great. The room was very nice. Clean and nice and warm. We were in town for a hockey tournament and they made driving directions for us. The staff were very help with places to see and eat. The pricing was very good. We would come and stay here again.

Very nice stay! Room was very clean and warm. Breakfast was a nice variety to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Pool was perfect temperature water!

Positive: Good breakfast, hot tub had a problem but it was addressed quickly and effectively! The sauna was nice. I liked the room furniture as well. Negative: Tiny bathroom, but everything worked. The cleaning person ignored my "Do not disturb" sign, but it was not a big deal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out via text message was a super convenient. Very accommodating to our large group. Allowed us to have our team dinner in lobby. Kids enjoyed the large pool area. The beds were uncomfortable but standard for a hotel.
