Close and easy access to freeway. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. Beds comfy with lots of pillows. Mini fridge & microwave. Even had a hairdryer. Toiletries provided. Only negative is water pressure low in shower. Reception friendly and accommodating. Muffins, yogurt, coffee provided in morning. Close to restaurants. Dennys next door. Grear value. We'd stay there again.

The owners of this inn are incredibly kind and hardworking, always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. They’re dedicated to improving the property. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place, conveniently located next to the highway and restaurants, then this is a great choice.

Was recommended this place, as I was visiting from Seattle. Rooms were clean and service was quick and attentive. Front desk was friendly and staff was very responsive to any questions I had at any time which I appreciate. I believe they are under renovations right now so they are upgrading furnitures and appliances. I am a bit nit-picky when it comes to cleanliness; my room was clean, fresh towels, mattress and pillows were comfy, no noise from other guests and AC adjusted very quickly. Considering prices and quality in the area, this is the best in the area, and i also lucked out as they are in the middle of renovations. Free WiFi and coffee in the lobby. Location is convenient; highway is close, Texas Roadhouse just opened and is right across the street, drugstores and restaurants were close by. Also they are right next to a gas station so it was convenience to walk over to grab some things. Overall, service was professional and accommodating, will come back when I visit!

We were given room 105. The carpet was disgusting - stains, ground in stuff(?), and it smelled like cigarettes. We asked for another room & given 115. It had a wood floor and was much cleaner. There are many long-term residents here. The kitchen was closed for “remodeling” although I saw no work being done, but the room had a micro & fridge. There are a few restaurant options across the street and a mall.

We were traveling through and stayed on the way to Port Angeles and the way back. Both times were really good. I do wish the parking was a little better but it's not enough to be horrible. We will be back next time we come through again.

An overnight stop in Yakima on our way to Colorado... booked a king room on the ground floor. Excellent rate and an outstanding bed! When I told the desk clerk the next morning that it was very comfortable she told me that every king mattress on the property was brand new. Noise from upper floors was not too bad, but a newer property might have been quieter.||Complimentary breakfast was above average with excellent coffee and ample room for us. We would stay here again and have no problem recommending it
