Positive: I stay here a lot, this may change if the rates go up. so far so good tho, hope it stays the same or gets better.. Negative: Desk staff is variable in their people skills, some are not wanting to be working the front desk (guessing they are sons of the the owners), but most are very accommodating and pleasant..

Positive: Cost is low, comfort is high, wi fi works good Negative: The cars racing down main street after 7:30 pm, it is crazy, the police could really get their quota of speeding and reckless driving tickets for the month on this street in a few hours. Looks like they race southbound.

Positive: My bed and bathroom were comfortable, everything worked well, I have stayed here before, and the rooms I normally book have a microwave, this room (110) did not, has Ice Machine and TV on wall worked well. Wi fi also work well. Negative: ""

Clean and spacious rooms. Great value, unless you want internet, which is non-existent.

Additionally, the smell of cleanser in our was pretty overwhelming , so if you are sensitive to such things, it could be an issue. Those are my only complaints.

The room has been remodeled. But no coffee pot. No coffee anywhere. This is a deal breaker for me. Asked the guy here about it, and he said some rooms have them but not mine. He said he would call his boss. Haven't heard anything. I don't know who is a coffee drinker out there, but this is like disrespectful to those of us who are.

Will only allow you to stay 3 days a week then you have to check out for a week before booking again. They say it is because of the wonky tenant laws in Cali but that is bs because you don't become a tenant till your 30th day.
