I would highly recommend this place for the convenience and service. Mrs. A, one of the owners, was so sweet and kind at the check out. Although the check-out was easy and didn’t require contact, as I was doing so, she went out of her way to offer me coffee. As a good halfway point between Tuscan and Phoenix, they provided a perfect location and at an affordable price. As other reviews stated, the room was very clean. While I didn’t use them, the mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc were all located conveniently in my room, something that was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, they have a basket that’s arranged with the towels and toiletries that was well done and added charm to the space too. I didn’t feel unsafe with my room, the door had a solid deadbolt, plus the metal door lock thing that usually sits at eye level and allows you to open the door slightly but not all the way. Frankly, the rooms have the safety of a standard American home’s front door but one step further. Finally, since the bed was firm, it makes sense people would mention that in their reviews. However, I’ve been in firm, comfortable beds before, and I’ve been in hard, uncomfortable beds. At this place, the beds are definitely on the firm yet comfortable side, so much so that I would rate the bed I slept in much higher than the standard hotel.

I'm writing this in the room now, I got here late tonight. My room didn't smell of cigarettes. The comments about no Internet are unfair too In my opinion. The owner showed me the router in my room and told me people have stolen it in the past so I can understand his stress. If you had bad Internet it was because the inconsiderate behavior of others. This place is fair and reasonable.

DO NOT GO HERE, The hotel room was terrible. The blankets were too small, and there was no WiFi. After we left, they called us about a missing power cord we never even saw. Then, they charged us an extra $300—I’m sure this is part of their scam.

They offer internet When I tried to use it… The router would NOT reach my room… When I asked about the Internet, a person told me to come up to the office and use the Internet there and then take it back to my room. I was able to log onto the Internet in the office but not able to use it in my room. I have no cell phone reception, so I can’t use the Wi-Fi /phone calls on my phone. There’s no Internet at the hotel that offers the Internet. Exact words from the person who works here “if it doesn’t work, I’m sorry.” Like he said that 100 times already… It feels like I got scammed out of my hard earned money now I can’t even do my work in my room. I have to wait until tomorrow and I leave this town to get Internet waste of my time and money. I’m never coming back here

Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was firm. Staff was absolutely wonderful. They were true life savers when I was stranded. I was pleasantly surprised. Walking distance to fast food, restaurant, and convenient store.

The rooms were very well maintained and clean but the beds were a bit firm for me. I woke up this morning to discover about a half dozen bug bites on my upper portion of my body and do believe I'm a victim of bed bugs.

For a budget hotel, this place is fine. Room a little tired, but did not smell of cigarettes, no sketchy people around. The proprietors are very friendly and trying hard to make the hotel successful.

I've had the pleasure of staying at ABVI. It's been a wonderful experience. The customer service is above and beyond. The level of quietness and security is all that I wanted. I'd recommend this place to my friends and family.
