Non-professional and unfriendly staff.

On Friday, they picked my documents and passport for Schengen (German) visa, affirming that they send the applications and receive the visas in 1 week. On Monday another employee (Heidi Wong?) called me and with non-friendly voice explained to me that they do not proceed with Schengen visa at all. She asked me to pick up the passport the same day.

I was in a hurry, because it was close to the visa application deadline. When I arrived and asked to print 15 papers of documents (flights, hotels, application...), so that I can go to FedEx and send documents to embassy myself, the woman aggressively answered that I better print somewhere else. (Seriously? Cannot print 15 pages? is it really a travel agency?).

The experience is unpleasant, I've lost time. 1 star for being able to pick the passport back. Else, it would be 0.

Had them renew my US passport. 10 business days and $350, no credit cards. They did as they said they would. Pricey, but if you're in a rush what choice do you have?
