Several coworkers and I stayed here on business continuously 4 - 5 weeks. The rooms were serviced daily and each room was always kept extremely clean. The grounds and walkways were always clean as well. The management was always helpful. We will gladly stay here in the future.

The room was EXTREMELY dirty !!!! The baseboards , carpet , and bathroom all had a layer of dirt on them .. I was exhausted and probably would not have even cared except on line it said $55 , in addition to pets excepted . I get there to pay , the cost jumps up to $75 .. and pets not excepted. I may have understood the no pets if it was a nice facility.. but my house trained dog definitely would not have messed up the dirty room . I am in town a lot for business and usually stay in Scottsborow and drive to Stevenson.. I will be doing that every time i am in town going forward.

This is a very nice motel, run by nice people. The only complaint is listed below:||||The room wreaked of a heavy cleaning /disinfecting scent. When I complained, they claimed they did not use any scented products of this type. When I asked for a different room, the other room had a similar scent. We spent the night in the first room.||||I recommend to the owner to consider a different, or less oppressive cleaning product.

Rooms were very clean, tidy but on small-sized. Above average for cleanliness and pricing. Would definitely return.

The maid entered my room .turns light and heat I had on low off very upsetting as I only had one light on as I planned to return after dark did not want to enter a dark room as I was a female traveler with a child and it was cold and rainy and heat was turned off by the maid and so I had a child in a cold damp room and it took hours to get warm
But the room was very clean and if the maid had not touched my room my stay would have been good the made needs to respect the guest because I had a child wet from rain crying cold

I usually stay there once or twice a year to work at the paper mill and sometimes stay weeks at a time. The staff is great and very accommodating. The maid service is great! I have never had a bad stay! The rooms are always clean. The microwave and frig are great, but there are several restaurant close by. I will to continue to stay there when I go there for a meeting or work.
