Nice portion size on the food being served at this location they give enough rice to feed two maybe three people. Employees keep it really clean in here for a public place. I enjoyed my lunch and had a nice chat with the young lady working. Thank you all for your service will be back

Ordered from this location several times and never been disappointed. Food is always hot, order is always correct. I wouldn’t say the prices are reasonable but nowadays everything everywhere is expensive. Overall, this is where it’s at

The Ruben sandwich was seriously lacking in corned beef, were they out of corned beef and just didn’t want to say so? The rest of the meal was fine

The food is decent but the light skin girl with lots of piercings in her ear has a DISGUSTING attitude. She is extremely rude and is not someone they should have at the front counter. She made the entire experience bad for me.

The customer service here is LACKING. They’ve gotten as rude as Ann St. in Montgomery. They don’t like to answer the phone. The young lady asked my husband to insert his card a second time. He said, “ I hope you won’t charge me twice.” She replied, “ I don’t steal.” He asked her if she was having a bad day because she was so curt. She asked him if he was having a bad day. Smh. Customer service lacks a lot of places now. I understand people have bad days, but goodness, at least try. Prattville’s food is just as good.

The Philly is AMAZING. I live around 13 minutes from this location and by the time I got home it was STILL almost too hot to handle/eat! The flavor was on point, not too seasoned definitely not bland! Location was clean. Will be back!

I waited 10 minutes to have my order taken. The young lady behind the counter was handling too much to be alone. There were 3 guys cooking. Food wasn't bad. I had 10 piece hot wings combo. Fries were nothing to brag about. Wings weren't bad but I've had better. Establishment was very clean.

I wish I could give American Deli more than 5 stars. The food is wonderful! The staff was delightful! My food was fresh, and the taste is not comparable to other fast food places. You definitely get what you pay for. They were sensitive to my physical limitations and worked with me to make this experience easy and memorable. These people deserve a raise! The place is clean and I will most definitely be back.
