Four stars just because everything is fairly pricy. Food here is eh, lodge food and nothing too exciting. Lockers are nice to use for the day! You pay and get a combo to use it over and over so that’s great!
I can’t say much for rentals as I use my own gear. They look well stocked to have what you need and a shop in house if you need to buy something. Emergency purchase only I would say regarding the store!! Because you will pay for it.
The snowboarding or skiing is the best here! This makes everything worth it. The views and best runs around!

Alyeska Resort: Perfect Alaskan Getaway for Families with Kids
We recently had a fantastic stay at the Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, Alaska, and it was perfect for our family with kids. The weather was incredible during our visit, and the resort offered tons of parking – a big plus when traveling with a lot of gear. Despite the ample parking, the resort itself never felt crowded, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The kid-friendly amenities and overall atmosphere were perfect for our family vacation.

Beautiful mountain with multiple locations to go and grab food/drinks. I had experienced very icy conditions on one day (but groomed) and powder day conditions. They did a good job clearing the mountain for avi conditions and getting everyone safety on trem/lifts.

Has become very overpriced over the last few years. Mountain is fun but you can ski most of the runs in a day. It's not a mega L48 mountain but seems to be trying to price itself like one ($130 half day). No additional investment in added runs or lifts (one lift to upper mountain) in recent years. Only real change has been a lot more people since going to Icon pass. Long lines for tickets and long lines for lifts.

Absolutely wonderful teachers at Alyeska. My mom thoroughly enjoyed Zoey’s lesson in the afternoon. Would highly recommend their services. All of their staff are wonderfully pleasant to speak with as well.

For me visit Alaska was a first time experience for many things. Sky, snowmobile ride in this place. The hotel is really nice and in general I enjoy a lot our visit to this place.

Awesome resort and first time up here. Wide open trails with a decent mix of runs for all experience levels. Just got snow over the last two weeks so this has been an epic day.
Went mid week with zero line queues and quick lifts. They have implemented Covid precautions and are taking everyone's safety into account.
