It didn't make my expectations. I did a reservation and later I called for an upgrade for a specific room and the lady charged me and told me that she was going to look at it and make the call to the hotel. In the end I did not have a paper of the evidence, I only had the charge on my card, but it doesn't say for what. I had to keep what I had.
I trusted in the agency, but I learned a lesson and I need to have a quote and proof before paying and I WON’T RESERVE AGAIN WITH Alpha Travel.
It's a stressful situation, and I'm very frustrated.

Traveling through Colombia with Alpha Travel Agency has always been, without a doubt, una experiencia INCREIBLE! 🌟Yolanda and her team, especially Vanessa, who was siempre lista to help with anything we needed, made our trip unforgettable. Then, in Cali, ¡qué chimba! The city's energy was contagious. We experienced the best salsa clubs in town, where we danced the night away, living the true Cali vibe. 💃🕺The food, the music, y la gente, everything was PERFECTO.

Our journey culminated in Cartagena, and, Ay Dios!!, what a magical city! The historic charm, combined with the Caribbean flavor, was just what we needed to round off our trip. 🚤

From cozy stays to seamless transportation and beyond, they made us feel like family, not just clients. Their passion for travel and dedication to their community shone through in every recommendation and arrangement.

The people that work here are incredibly helpful and professional. I have been doing my taxes there with Rodrigo for a couple years now and he has always done an excellent job, he is very knowledgeable when answering all of my questions.

Dissapointment is an understatement. Would give negative stars if only possible. We tried booking a trip thru Nick for 7 people 2-3 months ahead and had money taken out thinking our trip hotel and flight was all booked to find out 2 days before our trip that nothing was ever booked and that the specific resort RIU Cancun we wanted was all booked up and Nick lied to us saying due to short staff at one of the other RIU's had to close and they had to move guests around so thats why they were all booked. I called the RIU hotels and non of them were closed so he basically waited till the last minute to try find a better deal to make more money for himself but screwed our bachelor party trip. We wanted an adults only resort because we didnt want kids running around and with such short notice (2days before the trip) we were given 3 hotels that supposedly in Nicks words is an "Upgrade" which is total b*llsh*t because it was a total downgrade from the RIU. Also he never even booked the flights which he said he did, we were suppose to fly American Airlines an earlier flight and fly back alittle later to have a later flight there and an earlier flight back home thru United Airlines. Will never go thru Alpha travel again and if anyone does use them make sure to get your travel info and reservations as soon as possible because you will get F*cked.

Finger printing took forever, and the lady had me go home to get my birth certificate although it wasn’t needed. Go to the other location in Worcester for finger printing and save yourself some time.

Had an appointment to get my fingerprints done, no one was there. The lights were off, door was locked. I called and could hear the phone ring and no one answered.
