Honestly great place to stay! My room was super nice and offered a view of the 24/7 sky train that operates for the airport so that was a nice thing to watch at night. For the price, I was shocked at how nice the bathrooms were I feel like they could easily charge in the $200s for the rooms.

Anyway, the amenities are great and they serve food in the hotel. Bar and pool on site. Right next door to a dispensary. Sky train for airport access. I mean you really can’t ask for much more. Thank you for a great stay!

You would think that a hotel so close to the airport would try to better soundproof its windows. Felt like we were sleeping on a runway. Tried to get the AC fan to stay on to try to drown some of the noise out, but it would only come on for a few minutes at a time. The area around the hotel is kind of sketchy after dark.

Pros-The bed was comfortable and there was a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. Also it does come with some shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower which was nice.
Cons-The phone does not work in the room to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to ask about ice. I then find out that you have to get ice from downstairs in a freezer. They do not have ice makers on each floor so you have to get completely dressed to go down to get some ice. And I said with a pro that they do have a coffee maker, however, there are no coffee cups. There are no liners in any of the trash cans in the room. Also, there is a $15 parking fee. This is not a Las Vegas resort this is a hotel and you should not have to pay for parking if you're paying to stay. I understand it is close to the airport and some people on the flights may take advantage of free parking, but the hotel guest should not have to pay for parking the night they are staying at the hotel.
The kid running the front desk was sitting with his friends when I went to the lobby to get ice. I will never come back here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean. Service was prompt. The entire hotel was clean and had a colorful fun vibe to it. If you're sensitive to noise you may want to bring plugs or have some soft sound playing in your room, (you can hear loud other guests in the hallway and the tram going by), but otherwise had a lovely time.

Beware this property charges you an additional fee to park a car on top of your room rate. On top of that, we were rudely woken up at 5AM with a text saying our parking was expiring. So we arrive and pay for parking at almost 7 PM and 10 hours later they want more money and text you at 5 AM. Please look around as there is plenty of other properties as good and better that don’t charge for parking. What’s next $5 for a room key!

I'm a Titanium Elite with Marriott. Arrived early and was able to get a room. Since it was $15 to park my rental car I took the car back to the rental lot. The front desk person who checked me in said to just call and the shuttle would pick us up. When I got to the rental lot, there was a shift change and Keith to me that he wouldn't send a shuttle pick up and I had to take the tram to a airport terminal pickup. No apologies for not being able to accommodate the earlier instructions.

Unfortunately, this is the type of customer service we experience today.

This Aloft property does not meet Marriott standards. It more resembled an old high-rise motel with modern carpet and Aloft logos slapped on each floor. Windows are so poor that four floors up, it feels like the sirens and airplanes are in the room with you. There are dummy AC controls on the wall that aren't actually connected to any heating or cooling. If you want to drown out the motorcycles and planes, you're forced to blast cold or hot air from the motel-style HVAC units installed by the window.

We reserved a room for three people, and paid extra for two queen beds. We arrived and were told they gave away our room, and the only room left was a single bed. No accommodations were offered, but they made many excuses about rewards members requesting two beds (i.e. lowly non-elite customers can expect to have their rooms given away). We were told no roll-away beds or sofas were available, so we were provided with an extra blanket so one of us could sleep on the floor.

Will not return.

Pillows are great! Overall great place for the lower price. However, they advertise free breakfast, this was the reason we chose this hotel vs another one as we were in town short time with no car. Came down and was informed no breakfast due to staffing. So we had to not only make new plans, pay for urber for breakfast and was disappointed. |They did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience other thank a nasty look after I voiced my disappointment in their advertised feature they weren’t offering. |Will not stay again
