Melinda from All-Travel handled every aspect of our trip. She went above and beyond our expectations! From our initial somewhat complicated booking, she took right over and ironed out all of the details.
Numerous times after we booked our trip, Melinda checked in with us to make sure that we were on target and ready to go!
If she wasn’t sure of an answer she contacted the tour company directly so we didn’t have to wait trying to get through on the phone.
We appreciated her caring spirit and will continue to book future trips with her.

We loved this Viking cruise. We went up the coast of Norway, seeing all the quaint, colorful towns with trolls everywhere. We crossed the Arctic Circle and went around Iceland, seeing wonderful wildlife. We went on a RIB boat to see whales and did we see them. So close, one swam right along side our boat underwater. I could almost touch him! I took over 150 pictures of whales in about 90 minutes! Continued on to a couple of stops In Greenland and Canada before finishing in New York. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Leonore Hoak with AZ Trails Travel. She helped us with a fantastic Azamara 11 night cruise package to Italy with 2 days on land in Nice France and Venice Italy. Leonore took care of all our reservations and excursions which made our trip so much more enjoyable. She handled our airline reservations and all transfers. Leonore is an expert at her job and such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her services if you are considering any travels both domestic or international.

Teresa Chilton has been our travel agent for almost 15 years. Simply said she is the best. She is extremely helpful in planning our trips and getting us insurance for them. Whether it is fining the best flights or hotels or locating unusual and exciting excursions, she can not be beat. our last trip she found an excursion to Ephesus that included visual reality glasses, which much enhanced he tour. And the best part was that there were only 4 people in our group rather than the ships’s tour group that had almost 40 people. Thanks to Teresa we have had many wonderful trips and with her hope we will continue to check things off our bucket list.
