Worst company ever. I sent an email to the company about some trees in the common area hanging over my property and Brian Krizek's response was, "anything overhanging your property can be maintained by you." I tried calling because I didn't understand that reply. I spoke to someone named "Glen". He refused to give his last name. All he kept saying was that the company wouldn't be handling this area much longer. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he could answer all questions, but obviously he could not. He said I owed money on my HOA, but couldn't send me an itemized statement. Needless to say, the conversation didn't end well, but I did get this email from Brian/Glenn "We suggest you remove your unwarranted review. We will take legal action against you for defamation and slander. Remove immediately."

Ridiculous and horrible customer service. My wife and I received a message from this company well, returning the call, they were absolutely rude to us and condescending. We both spoke to someone by the name of “Glenn“ who claims to be the owner of the company. He refused to give us his full name, spoke over both my wife and was completely disrespectful. I will do everything in my power to ensure that this customer service does not continue.
