Stayed here twice in last 4 months. King premium room. spacious room, comfortable mattress. room is large enough to include a sofa, coffee table, desk & chair. If you want to take clothes out of your suitcase, plenty of dresser drawers and closet hangers. Nice little extras: 2 sinks in bathroom, a bathroom floor rug, bathrobes, slippers, soap dish with larger than usual soap bar. Very lovely grounds. We did not use pool, but it looks nice with plenty of pool chairs. We also did not use the spa, but it's nice to have that. Food in dining room was good quality as well as the service. Also the bar was nice. All service people we interacted with were gracious and pleasant. Cleaning staff keeps everything exceptionally clean.
you will have to drive to downtown, but it's not far. Good location for wineries.
We have stayed in other hotels in Paso Robles over the years, and now consider this one our favorite.

From the moment we were greeted at the valet, our experience was top notch. The reception area is beautiful and offered sitting areas and citrus water. The king room overlooking the courtyard was absolutely gorgeous and well equipped. The concierge provided a welcome note along with chocolates and half bottle of Allegretto Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. ||The artwork and common areas are spectacular and offer amazing pieces of art from all over the world along with various games for those with a competitive spirit. The fire pits around the property offer excellent outdoor seating for sharing drinks and food.||This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at during all our travels. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Went for our 12th anniversary and everything was perfect. Staff was well trained and courteous and made sure to retrieve a forgotten item in our room for us after we had checked out. ||Room was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. ||The hotel overall was quiet and tranquil, which we loved. Burger at the Cello Restaurant was very good and quite a hefty portion. ||We look forward to staying at Ayres hotels in the future.

This place is amazing, and two nights was not enough. We were able to get a great weekday rate, making this an outstanding value. We were also upgraded to a vineyard view from a courtyard view. Both look fantastic, but we had the most amazing sunrises with views over the pool and hills.

We had excellent weather in February, and we enjoyed a day lounging and relaxing in the hot tub. My husband even went swimming in the heated pool. The pool attendant told us the pool is kept at 80 degrees year round. Amazing!

My only complaint was the restaurant. I did not enjoy the food, and it was really overpriced. We ate there 3 times, and it was just ok. On the other hand, the staff was excellent. They even comped a dish that I just couldn’t eat.

The resort is charming, beautiful, beautifully maintained, and restful. You feel like you are in Italy from the moment you walk in the door. It is appointed with art, statutes, wodwork from all over the world which were hand-picked by the owner. The center courtyard is beautiful. You can sit there for hours reading a book, enjoying the weather and fress smells of the olive trees and vineyards, enjoy an afternoon snack and wine from the tasting room. You can enjoy typical hotel amenities such as a pool and gym, but this resort offers so much more. It it attached to it's vineyards where you can stroll through the grape vines and visit the zodiac gardens. There is a chapel to pray or meditate in, and pathways are all around the building. Inside, there are large roaring fireplaces with comfortable overstuffed chairs and sofas. You can drink their delicious wines and enjoy the beautiful setting. The restaurant and bar also severe delicious food. The resort is conveniently located within a short drive to the town of Paso Robles. We enjoyed strolling the streets, went to the movies and an outdoor farmers market. There were a number of good restuartans in Paso Robles. Do not miss this experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, making it feel very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I enjoyed the courtyard view from my room. While the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear music from a neighboring room, it wasn’t a major issue. The service was excellent, although the coffee maker could be improved as the provided cups were too small for the brew size.

The valet team was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and providing useful local tips. The location was very convenient, close to downtown and near shopping plazas, which made exploring the area easy. This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a prime location.

A very beautiful resort close to Paso Robles.
Nestled in the hills surrounded by some small vineyards, the Allegretto is an impressive and stately resort.
The grounds are full of interesting gardens, art and sights that will keep you interested for hours!
The rooms are spacious, high ceilings and very comfortable bedding.
The staff is top notch, always cheerful and helpful.
Costs a bit more - but IMHO well worth it!

The pictures of this hotel does not do justice. My husband and I spent four nights at this resort and it could not be more perfect. The rooms were super spacious with high ceilings, ultra luxury bed linens. The service was above excellent. The hotel, the grounds and the gardens were so beautiful; felt unreal and magical. There is a welcoming fireplace with cozy seating and a man with BEAUTIFUL voice serenading. The outside areas are very welcoming with beautiful gardens and fire pits. Customer service at the front desk and everywhere on the hotel ground is very attentive.

There is one restaurant on site and the food was very good, with live music. Imagine drinking wine on a cool night around the fire in the beautiful garden or soaking in the hot tub in the pool area after a long day of exploring the city. This was the best vacation I have ever taken, and we have traveled all over the world. I can’t wait to go back to this hotel. Highly super recommended.
