We would like to express our thanks and appreciation for your excellent approach to planning our trip to Italy. Well, it was more than just a trip, vacation, or visit. It was truely an experience! Through the exploration of culture, arts, archeology, and architecture I truely felt a strong connection with my Italian heritage. This is why we travel.

Thanks to you and your team at All Travel Guru, every thing went smoothly. The hotels - first rate, transfers - without a hitch, and the guides - exceptionally knowledgible.

Carmine and his team put together an outstanding trip for my wife and I to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The trip is one that I will remember forever. The one-on-one attention to detail that the tour guides provided was top notch. The trip to Keukenhof Gardens and the visit to Delft are just two of the things that I will always remember. Great job Carmine and team. We'll definitely be taking another trip with them.

I recently took a 2-week magical trip to England, visiting family and friends, as well as touring parts of the country I’d never been before.

I started my adventure in York, England and ended it in Brighton/Hove.
I cannot say enough about All Travel Guru, and specifically Phil Smith.
From flights to inns and hotels, and everything in between, that is, drivers, entrance tickets, tours and tour guides, the wonderful up to the minute app - every detail was carefully orchestrated to my every need and request.
This was my First ever trip traveling completely on my own, and I was initially a bit apprehensive. There was no need for concern though.

I received a completely detailed and color booklet, and given their app on my phone, telling me everything I needed to know, from start to finish of each day, and including my driver’s name and credentials.

From transfer from airport to hotel and throughout the entire trip, Phil made sure someone was always at the ready for me.

I would like to mention the fabulous tour guides, Nick Smith, Adge Secker and Ian Jones. Their knowledge, expertise, professionalism and great personalities made the trip all the more interesting.

Phil booked the most delightful places for me to relax in, one of several historic inns - The Slaughters Inn, in Lower Slaughter, England, where I stayed in the original part of the building, dating from 1600, I was in a very unique suite, which was originally a schoolmaster’s room. There, I was greeted by the most beautiful bouquet of fragrant flowers and yummy box of chocolates, thank you so much Phil.

That is a sampling of what the entire trip was like. I preferred ancient inns and pubs, and Phil did not disappoint with the selections he arranged,

All in all, All Travel Guru, Phil and the entire staff gave me the trip of a lifetime that I will not forget.

I am now looking forward to my adventure, with Phil’s expertise in 2025.0

Cindie Allers of All Travel Guru is a super star. We had never used a travel agent before, and we worked with Cindie to plan a two week trip to Italy and England to see friends and family. She was a true understanding partner of our needs and interests, and we thought we had planned a good trip. Well, it turned out even better than we planned. Her hotel recommendations were outstanding (the Cavour in Florence, The Pig at Bridge (UK) and the Montague on the Gardens in London), and her ability to source local guides in both Florence and England were excellent and much appreciated. We worked primarily with Phil, who took our needs and wants into consideration from the beginning, willingly modifying our plans as we developed a more specific itinerary which better fit our family's desires. The service we received from Phil and his colleagues was outstanding, providing us with the necessary documents on a timely basis, and also providing a fabulous app to put on our phones so that we had our entire trip and documents at our fingertips. Even at the end of our trip, when Phil saw how difficult it would be to get to the airport terminal via a shuttle, he suggested taking a private taxi from our hotel and said he would reimburse us, which he did. Best Vacation EVER!!!!

My wife and I just got back from a vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was the best vacation we have ever had! All Travel Guru made most of the arrangements. I booked some extra days at the Hilton the cruise line had us staying at in Venice but missed that I was short one day, the day we arrived. I did not share my Hilton reservations with them, a mistake I will not repeat. Even so they discovered my mistake on the day we were leaving because they were being very dillegent. We would have arrived with no hotel room to go to which they corrected before we arrived. The cruise line and cabin they arranged could not have been better. Their guide connections in Europe gave us many wonderful tours through out the trip. We have some particular needs, my wife needs a bathtub for health reasons and we keep very different hours so a suite is almost a requirement. These needs were taken care of through out the trip. They made special arrangements for us on our anniversary day, making it very special. We have had several great vacations but none of them were as special as this one. All travel Guru really knocked this one out of the park.

The team at All Travel Guru did an outstanding job of meeting our needs and expectations for our Italian vacation. We wanted a short-ish trip so weren't expecting to see every city in Italy. We did say that Rome, including the Vatican and Coliseum, Pompeii, and the Amalfi coast were all on our shortlist. Phil, Sara, and the team really met our expectations of hotels and guides. We were especially happy with the folks from Context Travel who met us for three of our tours. While everyone really knew details about their specific tours, Giulia and Massimo really lived and loved their areas of expertise.

Luca, who was our guide for the Pompeii tour, was incredibly well informed on the history AND current excavations.

The two hotels couldn't have been more different in terms of the ambience and location. The room at the H10 Palazzo Galla had a great balcony in the middle of Rome with a view of Saint Peter's and the Bellevue Hotel Syrene in Sorrento overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea was incredibly calm and peaceful. Both hotels lived up to our expectations for a 5-star accommodation with the staff at both hotels really going out of their way for us.

We will definitely use All Travel Guru again.
