I've worked with Chef Alex for a long time; he's catered numerous production shoots for me, big and small, and always hits it out of the park. I have been working in the entertainment industry for a few years now and of all the catering services I have experienced, Alex in the kitchen is by far the best.

The chicken is always tender and juicy, not rubbery like other places; the salads are always fantastic and the desserts are to die for.

And for breakfast, the omelettes are delicious and, when combined with a ranchero burrito, you will be satisfied like nothing else.

Not sure what his food is like but as a tenant Alex lies more than any other tenant I’ve had to deal with. Eight bounced checks, constant lies, always an excuse of why he couldn’t show up when he said he would, to cheap to pay for trash service so the yard was left disgusting and he still owes me money. I’m surprised the health department didn’t shut him down. I also help run a film ranch in Santa Clarita. I’d rather starve than take the chance of eating rat ka bob. Good luck to whoever is his landlord and whoever eats his food.
