Linwood is the man. He lives and breathes mushing, and so does his staff. My girlfriend and I did a winter tour that left from his backyard and went straight into the back country.

We wanted an immersive experience so learning about and spending time with the dogs was very important to us. They took their time teaching us everything about their dogs and also walked us through harnessing them so we could harness and attach all of the dogs on our sleds.

The actual mushing we did was incredible. Our guides were experienced and just an absolute pleasure to spend time with. The scenery was beautiful and it truly is something I will never forget.

After we returned from mushing we were led inside their home for tea and cookies that were to die for.

It was amazing to work with people so passionate about what they do!

This really is the real deal! No doubt about it!

This was a once in a lifetime experience! We booked the Alaska heli-mush excursion at the Juneau port as a part of a cruise we were on, and it made our entire trip. We went in June, so most places were doing dog mushing on wheels due to the lack of snow...not this experience. Being out on the Norris glacier with this incredibly hospitable crew couldn't be replaced with any other mushing experience. Highly recommend!!
