Worst experience ever had a cab resevered for 345 from the hospital back home for a vietnam veteran, cab called at 340 said they were waiting. We explained we were finishing paper work with doctors, in the lobby and ready to to leave at 349 the cab driver name is Hieme was loading another fair said we were too late. Now have been waiting for another cab for 30 minutes. Is this how we want to treat our Vets? F U Alaska Cab.

UNRELIABLE! Made a reservation for pickup in Soldotna and drop off at Kenai airport. Confirmed reservation the day of. 40 minutes after reservation time and 3 phone calls later no cab. No customer service. Do not use Alaska Cab company if you need to be somewhere on time. Dispatcher offered no solutions only excuses for Alaska Cab company’s failure to provide the service they committed to.

Today was our first experience with Alaska Cab. Reservations person sent a van to accommodate two fish boxes and large suitcase. Amanda, our driver, loaded and unloaded our boxes and suitcase at the Kenai airport. She was friendly and personable during our ride. We’re pleased with our experience and will use Alaska Cab again. For next time though, we will reserve for half hour earlier in case of unexpected delays due to previous customers. Thank you, Alaska Cab! Aloha from your Hawaii Friends

Alaska Cab was used for an airport pickup and drop off at a local residence. Then a pick up and return to airport within a small window. Alaska cab took the reservation, arrived on time for all transport, and billed the credit card on file. Kay and Breeanna in the office were exceptional to work with and did not get frustrated with my many appt adjustments! Highly recommend for any travel needs.

Very rude dispatcher, a few rude drivers. I have some good experiences with most of the drivers except this old bald guy and the guy in the cowboy hat. Why work for a company that allows you to service people all over the peninsula if you’re gonna have a smirky attitude? And I know A racist when I see or hear one, I dealt with those all my life, and I know when someone is being sarcastic. Even tho you say you’re not “racist” I know you are, words cannot define the heart you’re showing. Actions do. So please fix yourself and your team to better your business if you don’t want to see reviews like this. I sure hope you guys fix this issue for the sake of people just needing rides. We’re not calling rides to socialize, we call to get from POINT A TO POINT B. Not talk and chit chat and ride.

Terrible, dispatch was an hr and a half out I asked if there was anyone else he would suggest (I can think of 3) he said "no I work for Alaska cab and I'm not going to suggest another service just because we're to busy to help you" you work for the customer, the one who makes sure you get paid when your not so busy. Maybe next time make sure their taken care of and stop acting like a back alley drug dealer

These wonderful ❤️ drivers are very pleasant and helpful . Every time I call for a ride , the ladies who answer the phone are just as pleasant. I am so thankful for this company and all the staff as well. Sometimes we just need to people know they are doing a wonderful job 👏.
