Great tasting thin crust artisan pizza. So glad this little town had a nice pizza place. It's more oriented for takeout, hence the lower 4 star for atmosphere. A clean place with a few tables, and some notes of local activities and history. All pizzas are thin, one size, with fresh toppings. Somewhat connected to Sonoran Desert Inn, easy to pickup and take back to your room. Otherwise park on the street (W Vananda Ave) to get your pie. Ordered Escalated Pepperoni (very good), and Sweet & Spicy (which was a little on the salty side due to the ham and bacon).

This pizza was AMAZING.

Spot has varied options to meet the different tastes of a group, something that worked great for our group of four. The staff were super friendly and kind enough to make any changes we requested. Have a full array of sodas and some merch for sale.

Plenty of parking and open from 3-9pm, several days a week.

I hit Ajo Pie last night. WoW. Happy to review here. The crust is always the make it or break it start for me. This gorgeous handmade dough has the perfect chew with a subtle smoky char that adds depth of flavor. I got the Escalated Pepperoni pie: my toppings — Ajo Pie red sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, garlic and a fo shizzle my nizzle drizzle of roasted garlic chili oil — absolutely aligned my stars this evening. I am very happy to welcome Ajo Pie to the currently expanding (like my waistline) food scene. My new work out plan includes working my way through this menu. Choose from various upscale combos or build your own from a nice selection of quality toppings. Thanks, Ajo Pie Co., for bringing us amazing pizza. 💕
