My wife and I won 2 nights at this place in a sweepstakes! We stayed there in May / 2024 and it was amazing. The privacy, yet walking distance to town, makes it amazing! We enjoyed it so much that I scheduled a team builder there with my employees in February of this year. There are only 10 RV's in the park and I needed them all for a week. There were two that suffered broken pipes due to the sudden freeze we had in AZ (yeah - happens occasionally). These people were amazing! Great communication via email. Managed to get all the accommodations ready in a short few weeks. The visit was perfect. The fireplaces made great areas for relaxation and the proximity to town allowed us to schedule great restaurants for each night. There are hikes nearby to enjoy and endless number of attractions in this area. Highly recommend and will be revisiting. Thanks to Spencer and team for the hospitality!

This was our first stay in an Avion Trailer, and we really enjoyed it. It was big enough for my husband and myself to move around comfortably. It was well stocked with linens, plates, bowls, cups, silverware and coffee! The bed was comfortable and the shower is actually larger than some hotels that we've stayed in. The location can't be beat! Just walking distance to downtown where we ate, shopped and enjoyed the night life. Management was quick to response when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy. Where ever you need to walk to near the square you were very close. I’m really glad I picked a trailer with an attached patio. Our dog loved it and knew better than to walk down the steps while hanging out with us. The espresso machine was excellent. I loved the roomy shower and the bed was very comfortable. It only got a 4 because 1-I don’t know how to do 1/2 stars and two we had a couple of things we felt were very minor and wouldn’t keep us from coming back. Overall a great first experience.

Great use of space and the rooms were decorated nicely. The rooms were tidy just could be a bit cleaner.
The communication was clear and it was an easy check- in/ out. Parking was assigned and close to unit.
I really liked the proximity to downtown Prescott, as it was just down the road.
It was a pleasant stay!

We absolutely loved this gem in Prescott. The trailers interior are very modern and spacious including the shower that was amazing. You have to experience this place at least once and I’m sure you will be back as we will be staying again next time by the creek. You are walking distance to just about everything downtown with all the great restaurants and shops. The grounds are also well maintained with awesome sitting areas with outdoor fireplaces and barbecue grills. Just a great experience!

Wonderful stay! We appreciated being walking close to Whiskey Row, but just far enough away to enjoy the quietness!

We stayed in unit 6. Units are very well remodeled/restored. Appreciated having coffee maker , fridge and mirror with magnification in bathroom (great if you wear contacts).

Loved the big firepit outside. Easy peasy to get it lit.

Finally, my experience with customer service was top notch! I accidentally left items in the unit and they have been great in trying to locate the items and coordinate shipping back to me! We will be back! Thanks for a great stay.

The airstream was more spacious than I anticipated. We had 3 people staying in #9. Two of us took the bed and one of us was on the futon couch. There was additional bedding stored under the couch. The couch lacked padding over the bar in the middle section, so it wasn't the most comfortable but our third person had no complaints.

The cleanliness was probably only a 7 out of 10. A little bit of room for improvement there but nothing gross or crazy, my standards are super high when it comes to that. Luckily I could tell that towels and bedding were super fresh and clean. So extra points for that!

#9 was the closest to the street which wasn't a main road but had a decent amount of traffic so if you're a light sleeper I'd recommend picking a different one, but we were fine. Also the creek was dried up when we were there late Oct, so I'd be mindful when you're booking of which season you're in.

There were cups, dishes, utensils, wine opener, scissors, etc. the one thing that we couldn't find were marshmallow sticks to make s'mores in their fire pit. That's my only complaint because they had everything else we could possibly need!

I loved that there was no real check in process, they just send you a code a few hours before check in which was perfect for us because we got in rather late.

Overall it was a great stay within very close walking distance of downtown Prescott. I can't recommend Bear and Dragon enough for food nearby. We really enjoyed our stay πŸ™‚

We made a last-minute trip reservation and had our 4-year-old daughter and dog with us. The location is perfect for experiencing the square in Prescott, easily walkable!

The airstream unit we rented was Creekside with a deck and seating. The deck was covered in leaves and the seating needed to be uncovered from leaves. While it is fall and we know pine needles this time of year is a pain to sweep away as they fall continuously it was obvious the decks are rarely cleaned off.

The rental looked good but as you spend time in it it's not very clean. We were traveling with 3 guests and a dog and while they had a picture of a made bed where the seating area is when it came time to set it up as a bed we found no sheets, bedding, anything to make that area up as a bed other that a rolled-up throw blanket.

There was dirt piled in corners of the floor, cabinets had dirt along the edges, there was something spilled on the AC unit in the bedroom above where we slept that has not been wiped down, inside of cabinets were dirty and one had a soiled hand towel from a previous guest still in it. The coffee maker barely worked and made about and ounce or 2 of coffee at a time.
We did use the firepit for a short while and the grounds were nice, it's just the trailers themselves that need better cleaning and probably more management oversight.

The design of the trailer and fixtures were nice! It's a shame, the location and property as a whole is great but where you sleep, eat, and rest is just as important. For the price of staying in a trailer, while the location is awesome, the experience did not match the cost.

I have photos I took of the issues if the owners or management wants them, but I think the review says enough for the public.
