Peor gente con la que he tratado. Por culpa de ellas y su falta de comunicación perdí más de $600 en un vuelo.
No abogan por uno como su cliente, y cuando uno llama a pedir respuestas, se molestan, son groseras y para rematar, cuelgan el teléfono.
En mi vida volveré a usar sus servicios y nadie más lo debería hacer. Nada recomendables. En especial, Lucila, ella es la persona con la más falta de profesionalismo con la que he tenido que tratar.
