The rooms are very expensive for a casino and the casino machines are very tight! 2 ticket winners on $1300 spend! The rooms are very nice, though!
The steak house is overpriced as well, $70 for 7 oz fillet, and the cafe is understaffed. Even though it was empty, we had to wait over 15 minutes to sit down. We just ate at the bar, and the dude seemed really disinterested in helping us! The breakfast was actually very good, coffee was delicious, the food was hot and plentiful!
The spa was in line with the expense of the facility, over $300 for a massage, ouch!
They do have valet service, but make sure you call down in advance or it will take a minute to get your car! The bell service was quick and efficient.
I did like the fact they allowed us to check in before 4 pm, we arrived at 1 pm, and they let us check in!
Their business model appears to want to cater to the rich and famous, and that is not us! You would think, like most casinos, the gaming offsets some of the margin on other services!!! That is not the case at this property! They want to charge you top dollar for all services even though they are taking your money in the casino! First and last time staying there!

It's too smoky in the casino. It seems there is no air filtration and on this night no air-conditioning. The slots are okay. They don't have cash out machines you have to see the cashier. Very troublesome. There is a nonsmoking area that doesn't seem to get too much smoke. Over all I'd come back but won't stay long. One thing I really liked is there is no loud music! Way better than Yaamava.

We love this AC casino. The machines are always functional, facilities are clean, and the staff is helpful when we have questions. The only thing we don't love is that you can smoke there, but it's only really an issue during super busy times. Otherwise, the ventilation system works well. We love going to The Show for concerts. Our M.O. is to have dinner at Sports 360, head to our show, then end the night with some slots. The food court is also good. Very big portions, so just beware.

Last night we took guest to Agua for the prime rib, what a disaster. We ordered 1 rare and 1 medium rare and the first order was dry and well well done first time in 66 years I have ever requested a new plate and my quest did also. The next cuts where not much better we saw 4 tables send there prime rib back. The Casino is first class and the waiter was great but not sure about ever ordering the prime rib again.

I am commenting only on the casino not the resort as we did not stay. We stopped on impulse and had an enjoyable time. First, it was nice to have valet parking and we expected to pay, but it was free. There is a great variety of slot machines, including some older type non-computerized machines which I prefer. It was nice to get $20 in FreePlay as a new customer. The one thing that was disappointing is that they did not seem to be any servers or any way to get a soft drink or beverage while you were playing. That is unusual for casinos as far as Iโm concerned. Would certainly stop back if in the area. The pace was quiet and it was not too crowded, which was also appreciated.

I used the Agua Caliente gas station across the street. They have a tremendous convenience store. And most importantly, they have accessible restrooms. Many of the rest stops along I-10 are closed, so I would recommend getting gas there, visiting the convenience store, and utilizing their restrooms. Thank God they're there.

I love staying in the hotel here but to play here is not good. It doesn't even let me play it just takes my money. I don't mind losing but let me at least play and have some fun. I give the hotel a 5 star and the casino a 1 star.
So again, I decided to try to give it another chance here to see how the gambling would be and it was worse then before. I'm supposed to stay 2 nights but will probably leave tomorrow. I'll be sitting in my room tonight as I tried playing and it just took my money . It didn't even let me play. It's a shame that you can't even have fun here. I will not be back.

Large casino, poor ventilation. If youโre sensitive to smoke this may not be somewhere you want to stay too long.
Staff are friendly and the place seems well kept overall.
Great selection of slots.
There is a craps table and some of those multi-game crap machines (which donโt roll the dice in front of you and are all animated).
