Third trip booked with Puni and he really hit it out of the park. We had 3 days to book an International flight. I got an incredible price and shaved 4-5 hours off my flight time. I am very impressed!

Not sure where all this 5 STAR customer service is coming from. I called to get a quote. The guy who answered the phone said, “I will get back to you with picking by this afternoon”.
After Four days I called the company back. Same guys answered, said “I will get that back to you today” AFTER FOUR DAYS!.
I’m trying to help my community. At the request of my family. This is ridiculous! I’m buying everything online!
They show close this place. It seems they don’t need the business!
