One of the top things we prioritized for our wedding was the food and Act 3 did not disappoint! We were able to create a custom menu and couldn't be happier with the results. What we had at our tasting was what we got, maybe even better! All of the staff on site were so friendly and helped the evening run extremely smoothly.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with ACT 3, and we would absolutely choose to work with them again in the future. From the moment we reached out, Devi took an active and collaborative approach. During the tasting, we had the chance to sample our favorite food options, and ACT 3 was more than accommodating with our customization requests, as well as the multiple complex dietary restrictions of our guests. They offered a variety of options to fit different budgets, and even took the initiative to coordinate details with another one of our vendors. On our wedding day, we were thrilled to find that the food was even more delicious than we remembered! We used Act 3 Catering for our wedding and we were so happy with our experience!
Our coordinator was very communicative. She answered all of our questions and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. She also communicated with our venue to make sure that everyone was on the same page. We were able to have a full tasting and make any adjustments we needed to accommodate food allergies and special diets.
The food was delicious!!! Everybody raved about it. Our guests were also very complimentary of how helpful and professional the staff was. I’m so happy we chose them!

Selecting ACT 3 as our caterer was by FAR one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a 300 person wedding, so food was probably the most stressful piece of our vendor puzzle. ACT 3 worked with us to come up with creative menu options that felt like a perfect fit for us, they were so responsive throughout the process and helped with all of our crazy questions. Roslyn really put me at ease and I felt so incredibly confident when it came to wedding day. Not only was the food AMAZING, and did we get constant compliments after the fact, the staff on site that day went above and beyond to help flip the rooms, and ensure that everything went on schedule. I can't speak highly enough of ACT 3, if you need a caterer, look no further.

ACT3 was a great addition to our wedding day. From the start we had an amazing experience working with Roslyn. She was quick to respond and had all the answers to every question during the tasting and planning process. Their services are well worth the money and made our wedding day even more special. ACT 3 is truly a do it all catering company. We loved using them for our linen order, food, bartending, and cake cutting. Their food and bartending services were incredible and exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and we got many compliments from guests! This review is for our wedding that took place on 08/17/24. Hiring Act 3 Catering for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we could have made. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation. From the initial menu tasting, to setup of our late night snacks on wedding day, Act 3 was professional every step of the way. Roslyn was an absolute gem throughout the entire planning process—always responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful in making sure every detail was just right.

On the day of our wedding, the staff was phenomenal. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests could not stop raving about it! The bartenders were amazing, especially when it came to crafting our specialty cocktails—they nailed them perfectly. The team made sure our plates were full, our drinks were never empty, and we truly felt taken care of the entire night.

Beyond the impeccable service, Act 3 Catering made everything stress-free. The setup and teardown were handled seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy our special day without a worry. And to top it all off, they surprised us with the most thoughtful thank-you parting gifts and a signed card, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture.

If you’re looking for a professional, talented, and incredibly thoughtful catering team, look no further. We cannot recommend Act 3 Catering enough!

Our experience with Act 3 was very good. We worked with Roslyn during the planning stages and she was very helpful with picking out the serving style and options that worked best for our size and style of wedding. When it can to our wedding day the staff did a wonderful job getting everyone through the line quickly and reminding folks to go back for seconds! The only negative we ran into was when it can to my husband being served his meal. He is quite allergic to fish. And although the staff was informed of this allergy he was still brought a plate with salmon on it. We did ask for them to take it back and make a new plate for him and of course they remedied the mistake, it was just disappointing that the groom had to wait longer than others for his food. Other than that Act three ways a lovely company to work for and the day of staff was so kind and helped with so much, including a cake misshap which turned out beautifully!

Hiring Act 3 Catering for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made!

From the start, we worked closely with Roslyn, our event coordinator from Act 3, and she was an absolute joy to collaborate with. Over the course of planning, we exchanged dozens of emails, and she was always prompt, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. Roslyn’s patience and thoughtful questions made the process seamless especially for us.

On the day of the wedding, the staff and bartenders went above and beyond. They were attentive, thoughtful, and even packed up leftovers for us since we were too busy celebrating to eat. This was extremely touching to us! A fun surprise…when we attended a friend’s wedding weeks later (also catered by Act 3!), the bartenders remembered us!

Choosing our menu was a challenge, since everything sounded amazing. We did two rounds of tastings to finalize our choices. We appreciated their extensive vegan options and chose their “Harvest Rice Pilaf”, despite not having any vegan guests. Act 3 was also happy to accommodate our request to include a dish from their fall menu—Korean-Style Braised Beef Short Ribs—for our summer wedding.

A+ for both food and service. Many of our guests kept mentioning how delicious everything was. Having exceptional food was so important to us for our wedding day. Act 3 Catering truly delivered.
