I had an amazing experience at the AC Hotel Marriott, thanks to Isiah's exceptional service! From the moment I checked in, Isiah went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Whether it was answering questions or offering local recommendations, he was always happy to help. His warm demeanor and genuine care made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Isiah truly exemplifies what excellent hospitality looks like, and I will definitely be returning thanks to his outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Terrible value for the price. The AC Marriott Beverly Hills is a total disappointment. They force you to valet park at $60 PER DAY—no self-parking option, which feels like a cash grab. The rooms? Bare-bones and bland, absolutely not worth the outrageous rates they charge. As for the so-called “pool,” it’s a joke—just a glorified oversized hot tub. Don’t expect to lounge or swim, because it’s barely big enough to sit in.

The ONLY positive here is the staff, who were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, even great service can’t make up for how poorly this hotel delivers overall. I get it’s Beverly Hills, but this hotel is overpriced, underwhelming, and feels like a scam. Do better. I won’t be back.

Nice rooms, felt new. Great staff. I stayed two nights in a king size bed. It’s centrally located there in Beverly Hills till about everything. The hotel has been upgraded and feels great. The workout room is really nice. Enjoyed working out twice there. They are free waters in the workout room.

Stayed here for two nights for a family event. Walkable to a few places we were going. Front desk staff…especially Roshanda and Jonathan…were so nice and helpful. The room separates the toilet and shower stall from the sink and refrigerator area. Lighting was such that if you were in the shower, because if the frosted glass door, the whole sleeping area was made bright. No door to the sink area to protect the sleeping area from that light either. Coffee maker with cups ands all the fixings but the lids to the cups do not fit the cups. Room was quiet. Would have appreciated a clock.

After now having a cumulative 3 weeks of experience staying here, I'd tentatively consider staying again, depending on my location needs and weighed against other nearby options. Reviews from both of my stays below.

Edit: I stayed here again recently for 2 weeks. Overall this was a better stay, but the issue with the thin walls remains - using white noise helps. The room ceiling had a stain and some of the furniture had what appeared to be rust. Not complaining since it's relatively minor and purely cosmetic, but just a heads up.

The location can't be beat, and my room had a view of the Hollywood sign and snow-capped mountains, so that was a big plus for me.

Irvin and Angel at the bar are absolutely top-notch; great people and bartenders who I'd go out of my way to visit again. Housekeeping and front desk are also fabulous, but the latter seemed a little overworked. Not a complaint, because they were always helpful in a timely manner; just an observation.

Previous: I had a decent experience here after staying a week and will be staying here again due to the convenience of proximity to my office. The best part of this stay was the convenience and the front desk staff and room service/housekeeping.

Unfortunately, the rooms seem to have very thin walls, which I expect from most hotels, but this was exceptionally bad.

For example, room service must have been cleaning a room next to mine at some point during late hours - between 10pm-12am at least. It was insanely LOUD. I have no idea what they were doing, but it didn't sound like a "normal" room cleaning? Sounded like things were being dragged and banged around - truly crazy. I don't know when it stopped because I ended up putting in earbuds with white noise to try to sleep. Note that I don't hold anything against the staff, but rather whatever hotel policy is in place to allow cleanings like that late at night.

Additionally, on another day, I could hear the entire conversation of a neighbor speaking on their phone (and the other side of the convo, since it was on speakerphone). Luckily it wasn't nearly as loud or long-lived as the previous scenario.

Lastly, The shower's hot water would only get lukewarm.

Amazing staff- from the valet to the front desk to the folks at the breakfast buffet. I stay here often and I can always depend on a good experience and great staff. The location is super convenient as well. Recent additions to the area provide great good options just steps outside the hotel and there is a lovely neighborhood right behind the hotel where I can walk my dog safely.

Pros: Hotel was clean enough and housekeeping came every day which is rare. Location was super central, making it easy to walk/drive pretty much anywhere in LA.||Cons: There were a few spots in the room where I thought it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but I am also quite nit-picky about that. I also found the room to have a very cold aura. There was no overhead lighting so it would be very dark when you walked in at night and would need to find the lamps to turn them on. I also had to wait in the lobby for almost two hours as my room wasn’t ready for check-in at 4. ||Overall, I would stay there again as I felt it was priced correctly.

Fabulous Hotel but short staffed. Our room was beautiful and perfect. The valet guy was overwhelmed and could not attend to us. Too busy to assist us with our luggage. We had to handle our bags. The lady at the desk did not speak English well. It was difficult communicating with her.
