Wow this place has gone downhill fast. I’ve been a AAA member since 2007 and this is consistently by far the worst location I’ve been to. The lines are literally worse than the DMV because of everyone doing their insurance here. Really squeezes out longtime auto club members and it’s very disappointing. On my last visit I waited 35 minutes to spend 2 minutes getting helped by the worker. Absolutely ridiculous. I suggest looking elsewhere for your auto needs.

I been having AAA for 7 years now and they have been very helpful to me I really appreciate it but I hate when the insurance goes up everytime you get into a car accident, even though that person ran into your vehicle and totaled it that's the only problem I had but I still like AAA.

Because you can't leave ZERO stars. Recently AAA took $500 out of my bank account in additional fees. I was sick & not checking my balance as I normally would. When I contacted customer service I was yelled at, their rep screaming "we do not make mistakes. If ther was an error & you didn't catch it immediately, that's your mistake. Not ours". Faulty reasoning but I'm still out $500 that I cannot recover. After 20 years as a member I now have zero confidence that AAA will provide customer service if I need them

Was directed to the window necessary,me thank you have a good day.ignored by employee.Next window same greeting met by what can I do for you,no return greeting or by the way no parting statement like have a nice day.was busy but common courtesy so disappointing MGMT should be ashamed of such none personalized service to a senior.use another office or the phone, You are just money,a member laughable.

I have not had to go into the store yet for service but I have used AAA insurance for flat tires, battery and getting stuck going off road. Every time I needed AAA they responded ASAP and sent a very qualified and efficient person that solved the problem in no time at all. I think AAA is the one insurance that is a actually worth the money. They are totally reliable and respond 24/7. AAA never lets you down. I'm a huge fan.

Been with them for over 15 years, very disappointed with the roadside service, completely dropped the ball on numerous occasions, left me stranded a whole weekend. Never showed up after multiple calls and follow up calls . Now to top off the cancel my roadside and won't say why. On top of the insurance rates going up by at least double.
Good riddance I guess.

I had a great experience even during the covid pandemic, fast and friendly AAA staff had me taken care of quick! I got a title change, new registration and a new license plate on the spot all within 30 minutes total!!! Much better than the DMV anyway I don't care whether it's pandemic time or not. Thank you so much AAA, I'm truly grateful!!
