Waited 2 hours to talk to an agent while other agents were available.
Didn't explain things well and the costumer service number is much easier and more helpful with explaining things and offering discounts that my agent should of.

After 40 years of staying with AAA, even after they basically became an internet insurance. They dumped our homeowners policy stating we are a high wildfire risk. We live two blocks from a fire station and are basically surrounded on three sides by grape vineyards. Betrayal is what it is. They are not betraying everyone at the same time, just a select few? Hopeful for a civil uprising to get California back on track.

I've been into the AAA Lakeport quite a few times to help my elderly father with his account. There's always one person that I feel like is quite unprofessional, has displayed an attitude, always dressed in pajamas/crocs which for an office setting I wouldn't expect that to be a standard and is very unprofessional. I'm always trying to avoid her as the person who helps me because her attitude, appearance and demeanor worsens every visit. Aside from this, the branch has helped me with a multitude of things and has resolved everything that I've needed help with.

Disappointed when I called on hold 15 minutes then machine said leave your name and number we will call you back. Did not know my cell number not from here from Tuolumne County. Needed hours open was not on info.on website that I was on. Very friendly staff, opened door for my walker, dog friendly, thank you she's a service animal without her vest. Gave proper paperwork to me, explained what to fill out, what to have my brother fill out. Will be back tomorrow on Wednesday September 13, 2023.

It's nice to be able to get your car tag's there but they should send you a renewal Bill before you get in there and you have to renew your AAA before they can help you when you didn't receive a bill yet,Shocking !

Spoke with Amanda not sure if she is at this branch but entered in zip code and this is who answered. If you are her boss reading this she deserves a pay raise and a vacation!!! Was experiencing difficulties with obtaining my insurance card through email. She walked me through every step and waited on the line until she knew I had it. Very helpful and super nice on the phone! Thank you so much Amanda!
