AAA inn motel was a perfect place to stay on the way back from Seattle. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. Ryan the motel manager was very kind. Cheney is also a very cute little town. Five stars.

Small family run Motel. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small but have everything I need, comfy bed, soft linens, a bathroom, a TV and great lighting. It's always super clean!! In the wintertime it's very snug as the heaters pump out lots of heat. In the spring it's perfect with the window opened just a bit. I feel safe here. It's a great place to stay and we keep coming back because it's location is perfect as it's under 5 minutes to EWU and it's clean and comfortable. Really, it's our home away from home! Thank you Ryan and Krista for always making us feel welcome!

This is the perfect place to catch your breath when you find yourself in the middle of life kicking your butt. Ryan is the most amazing landlord and goes out of his way to help people. The motel side is a nice and clean place to take a break and the apartment side is full of great people that is a community, not just a group of strangers.

The place is run down, room smell. In order to turn on the a/c you have to crawl on your hands and knees under a table. No fridge, no micro, no onsite ice machine, and in need of a huge rehab. The good news, the owners who took over from their father appear to be doing some rehab with a roof being replaced while we were there. The beds, full sized! The carpets were filthy. Because of the odor of our room, we just couldn't stay here. Owner kindly let us out and off to the Holiday Inn we went. The place does not resemble a motel and appears to be more of a short term local rental place with the most basic of options. Again, the owner was very pleasant and understanding about the condition being something that wasn't great.

This is most definitely not a middle class solution for housing. If you are just starting off or wanting space, these 5x10 apartments are perfect. I've seen apartments like these take care of large familiies, which is shocking if you aren't prepared.

They are small, but the price is right, and the people are nice. It's a pleasant enough place and perfect for someone that wants to start out. Just learn your tetris skills is all.

Excellent value, basic accomodations, clean comfortable beds, linens and rooms. Staff was available and attentive to our needs.
Overall friendly and pleasant. I would recommend this establishment highly for folks wanting a clean, comfortable place to land for the night.

I just wanna say we had been traveling with 3 younge children for 6 hrs the youngest was tired of being in the car. We had litteraly tried every hotel within 200 miles both directions. We were not clear with how many people we had.. being so tired from the overwhelming day. The owner accomandated us bless him. He could see we were tired and a long day. I reccomend this place hands down just for the caring generosity from the person who works the front desk .
